Hi Girlfriends,
It’s August and sadly summer is almost over. I really enjoy the relaxed pace of the season; the warm, lazy days and spending time with my friends and family doing things outdoors.
But, August is here and that is when we start thinking about tweaking our Fall wardrobes, getting the kids back to school and repairing any damage to our skin or hair from too much sun, chlorine in the pool or the ocean saltwater. I hope you have been using your sunscreen everyday and you’re being diligent about using your skin care products day and night to protect your skin, and keep it looking good despite this hot summer weather.
I want to say a special thank you to all my girlfriends who have made our July HSN birthday shows so successful. It means a lot to the Signature Club A team! They work so hard to bring you the products you enjoy using.
I love hearing from you and want to thank FantasiaFelice for her glowing words about our capsules, and thank Gammagirl9 for letting me know that she has been using our Argan Oil line for 18 months. She is thrilled with the results she and others are seeing on her skin. She says the fine lines around her eyes look so much better and her skin looks glowing. I have been using the Double Hyaluronic day cream, and love it. I am running out of the day cream and would like to be able to purchase it separately. I have purchased many kits, but run out of day cream well in advance of the other products. Please get it back in stock. Thanks!!

Your thinning hair color fill in dark brown color looks way too dark ( it covers black, my roots aren’t that dark) and the light brown looks too light for my medium brown hair. Why can’t you just make a med. brown color for us

The medium to dark brown shade should be perfect for your hair. It is not too black, but looks darker in the picture. Have you tried it on your hair? You may be surprised with the results.

Hi Adrienne….I have used your Vitamin C and Vitamin A capsules for years and am very happy with them but I have always been confused. For years I have read that Vitamin C is for day and Vitamin A (Retinol) should only be used at night, yet your instructions for each are exactly the opposite. I also see that many ladies are using the C capsules under makeup (daytime). Can you clear up the confusion?

Use the capsules as directed but if you change the way in which you use them you will not have a problem.
If they work for you the way you have been using them I would recommend that you keep doing what you are doing.

I do have a little unevenness on my cheeks.I read up on your line here at HSN but I havent been able to catch you on air. I really want to start with a basic kit. what would be a good place to start?
I notice that your flawless trio doesnt mention a shade for the foundation- is it light? I am sort of caramel w/red undertones

I’m trying to decide the exact skin products I need. I’ve used Signature A in the past & love the quality.
I’m a redhead; my T-zone is very dry, while everywhere is somewhat oily.
I do not have any wrinkles yet, but I worry about the lines I’ll prob. get around my eyes.
I’d like to find a kit with as many products as possible that focus on moisture.
I’m at the in-between stage it seems for some of your products. I’d love to know what you think would benefit me most. Thanks!

-Started buying SCA products when I was 43 & at 57 today people still think I’m in my 40s so thank you for your excellent products! I mostly use the Vitamin C line but have recently added the Argonne oil products as well. I have a lot of sun spots on my face now and am a Pacific Islander so I don’t know if your new product will work on my type of skin. Also when I did buy make up I was able to buy shade for women of colour but you don’t offer this anymore & would ask that you reconsider !

Please make a Vitamin C kit consisting of a Large Size day cream, night cream and Elastilift cream. The day cream in the large kit always runs out first; it is in such a small jar. I am left with lots of eye cream and capsules and powder so I don’t need to purchase another huge kit ( can’t afford to anyway ). So please, Adrienne, make a kit with just the basics. Thank you.

Adrienne, I love your Gold Wrinkle Filling Capsules but I don’t see them listed in your product line now. Have you discontinued this item? I surely hope not. So sorry to tell you that the capsules are discontinued. Have you tried our Encapsulated Illumination Source Capsules? They work to brighten and even your skin tone as well as lighten the appearance of dark spots.

Hello Adrienne. I wrote to you previously but have not heard a response. I had purchased a pair of two-tone inside outside hoop earrings. The design was yellow & white gold circles surrounding the earring with diamonite studs in the center of the earrings. I lost them & am desperate to find another pair. Do you still have any left for sale or will you be bringing them back any time soon. They were my favorite pair & would even consider purchasing them second hand. Any sellers available?

Adrienne, I enjoyed watching your shows on HSN this past weekend. I’ve been using and loving your Argan Oil collection, but since I turned 60 this year, on your advice decided to try your Vitamin C collection. I guess I should have been using it since I turned 40. My skin still tends to be oily in the T zone so I’m hoping the Vitamin C products will work for me. I also ordered the capsule set (all the different types of skin capsules) and am anxious to try them.

Adrienne I am bi-racial and I love your products. I bought several years ago a no transfer foundation stick and the stick for the blush, lips and eyes. The stick was black and skinner than the Rapid one you sell now. I LOVED that no transfer stick. Will you bring back more no transfer makeup in dark for women of color. I have tried other foundations that you sell but they are always abit too light even in the medium shades. Please Adrienne bring a darker shade than medium for us women of color.

Hi I have used & loved your products for over a decade.Absolutely loved everything I have every tried.A couple of years back I had several orders cancelled on me even though they were ordered as the show was airing & you were doing your wonderful demo when placed for the items.I was so frustrated with HSN that I stopped using your products.Recently I decided that I missed your items so much that I took another chance.Ordered & they did it to me again!! I love your products and your shows! I have been using the over 40 line, including the hyaluronic ounce of gold cream and night cream and like the results.(I am 63) Last month I bought the skin illuminating day creme and capsules to fade some dark spots. I am confused as to what to use now. Do I use one or the other, or combine the sets? I also am tempted to try the argan oil products. I probably should stick to one line, but everything sounds so appealing. Any suggestions?

Glad you like our products. You can use the capsules to lighten your dark spots under an SPF Day creme and alternate the day cremes.. the Over 40 one day and the Skin Illuminating Day Creme another. You might try the Argan line as well since it is very hydrating and alternate your products.
