Thanks for all the glowing comments about our products. I love reading your comments and learning what products you enjoy using. If you don’t see a product offered on the air please be sure to check online many items you have asked about are available on hsn.com. Several of you have been asking about the Advanced Formula 5 Essentials Crème for Face and Eyes. It is in stock and you should be able to get it from the web. Several of you also mentioned you wanted the 4.5 oz. size of your favorite meltdowns and those are available now as well. We work very hard to keep our best selling products in stock and we apologize if you had to wait to get one of your favorites.
I will be back at HSN on March 18 , 19 and 20 and I will be introducing a kit that I know you will be thrilled to see, “Discover the Best of Signature Club A” that includes discovery sizes of three of our best selling capsules and three other best selling skin care products. Hi there! Have been using your products for 10 yrs and love them. Do you have anything for hands? reducing brown spots, reducing veins on top of hands? There are lots of products for face but don’t see much for hand care. Thanks.
I just saw you a 1989 video of (I think) The Attitude. You look so completely different, even your voice is different. I did the math and comes up to 71. Do you products really work that well?
I truly love your products! However, I still have not found one to take care of my under key circles. I see all of the women on HSN and they have wonder eyes. Now I don’t think they had surgery? So please share with me what product to use to take care of my under eye circles!!!
I am intrigued with your makeup and skin care. I recently ordered the the 5 Essential Cream for the face and eyes. I can’t wait to receive it to try it. This will be my first purchase from your line of skincare. I would like to request that you create makeup for women of color. I would like to try the no transfer makeup, but it is only made in fair and medium. If this request is taken under advisement, it would also be beneficial for me to see it applied on a woman of color (african american).
I’ve noticed that you do your live makeovers on models again and again during your shows. Why do they start out always pretty bad considering they recently received treatments, over and over, with, say, the Rapid Transport C capsules? If, for example, the capsules are supposed to work for two days, why do your models not look better and better with continued treatments during the shows? Not a good selling point in my humble opinion.
I LOVED your over 40 collection especially the over 40 only silicone line filler bronzing powder. Before you know it summer will be here. I hope to see this bronzer return. I always got so many compliments on how good my skin looked and glowed. Please bring it back!
A few years ago I purchased an eyelast conditioner that was clear and sparkly. Any chance that it might come back in the near future??
when will the vanilla orchid cleansing bar be available I am almost out and using it sparingly please let me know when i can get it
Adrienne, I am an esthetician with 20 yrs experience, and in my quest to deliver treatments with results, I use only products that do what they promise..I ordered your C-rapid transport kit and I LOVE IT..RESULTS, YES..the hyaluronic day cream is fantastic as is the eye C-roll,the C-night & the wrinkle fill capsules..I am using it at home but will like to know if there are sizes for salon backbar use..I will order it since I know my clients will love it as much as I do. YOUR PRODUCTS ROCK!!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the French Vanilla Melt Down. Why can you not make a body cream/moisturizer with this same scent?
Wouldn’t it be awesome if Adrienne created a 3-in-1 product… a shampoo, conditioner, bodywash in one product? And what if this 3-in-1 came in as many assorted fragrances/flavors as her meltdowns? And what if this product came in a 16 oz size? Imagine that. I’m wishing. I’m wishing. I’m wishing. :)

Dear Adrienne- I am in love with all your skin care lines. I am having a problem finding the original Vitamin c rapid transport capsules. I have the new and improved version, but they don’t work the same for me as the little gold and the separate ones did. I have no idea why, but do you have any left or any kits with the older capsules in them. I really miss them. They made such a difference where I had been badly burned on one side of my face.The other capsules smoothed texture. Help!
Adrienne, I love your products and use them religiously, along with my family. Where o where is your Arga Oil body mositurizing lotion? This is a must for everyone in my family and we are almost out of it. There is also none available on hsn.com. PLEASE bring it back soon!
I would like to try one of your kits but sometimes there are products I know I wont use. I have combination skin and don’t wear a lot of makeup. Do you have a kit with:
Day/Night cleanser, Day/Night moisturizer, vitamin c capsules, eye wrinkle cream and make-up remover?Price is a big factor also, some of the kits are a little too much for me. The live demonstrations look like all your products work great.

Hello Adrienne, I’m new to your beauty products and I need help with my undereye puffiness. I looked online and I didn’t know which product I should use. I’m 60 years young, and I would also like a daily skincare regime. My skin is oily/dry combo and I still have a tendency to breakout. I have fair skin with gray hair. What would you suggest? Hi Adrienne, I have used your products for several years and am always pleased. I have a different type of problem since a transplant and the meds I take. They seem to make my face much drier and not as responsive to most topical creams. I was wondering, with all your experience, which one of your lines you would recommend. Thank you in advance.
dearest adriane, I miss your argon creme oil body lotion and dry oil body spray (remember that one) I absolutly love these products. I am so desperate that i am actually buying back the ones i gave family and friends to try. I am 63 year old and would have liked to use these products to the end of my life. please bring them back or at least tell me if there is another avenue for me to find them. love you!
Hi Adriane…..love your 5 essentials cream in the large jar….have not seen it yet for a while…you use to say out of all your products the one you MUST have is your 5 essentials cream….when will you get that back … i am seeing a differance in my skin with out the 5 essentials I have your melt down but its not the same…..thank you …..RI
