I have a DPL Light Therapy System. Can I use the Light Fraxion with this?
Due to shipping methods, Light Fraxion can be shaken-up in transit. This can temporarily affect the pump from working properly. We have an easy tip to share if you are experiencing this issue: Simply set your Light Fraxion bottle on a flat surface, undisturbed for 24 hours – that is it! This allows time for the product to fully settle and dispense easily.
I received my bottle & can’t seem to get the pump to come up can anyone help me?

Did you try twisting the silver area in the opposite direction from the grey area until it clicks and locks? You should then be able to pump.
if i use serums, do i use the light fraxion after them, usually serums go first and creams second, also does sunscreen go under or over it? thanks

Light Fraxion should be used on clean dry skin. Please save your serums for your night time regimen. After you apply your Light Fraxion, you can follow with a moisturizer (best one that contains sunscreen), and then your makeup.

The Light Fraxion will aid with the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. We also think you should look at our reverse lift product and vitamin C products for your daily regimen.
i have been using light fraxion since mid-june and i really like this product. i am starting to see results – reduction in pore size, fine lines are starting to disappear, especially around my eyes and mouth, and my skin is much smoother and brighter! it absorbs quickly and completely and is a fantastic compliment to my skin care routine.
i now have this on auto-ship and can’t wait to see how much better my skin gets as i continue to use this breakthrough product.

Love the Olive Oil line and can’t wait to try Light Fraxion! Have many SSC products and love them also. My skin has a lot going on–oily in T-zone, dry patches, discoloration, clogged pores w/blackheads, very few wrinkles for a 44yr. old. What would you recommend? Thanks for the birthday wishes! And thank you for being such a fan. We recommend you get on a good basic regimen, including some kind of exfoliation (peel) on a regular basis. The Today’s Special Age Defy Resurface Kit would be a good choice.
I have been using the Detailer since December of 2010 and it is now one of my favorite products. The value is incredible, since you get so many applications from one kit and the results are nothing short of remarkable! It’s simple to apply and the brush feels like silk on your skin. After I remove the mask, my skin is so soft and glowing. My pores are practically invisible. This is a WOW every single time. I’m never disappointed. A few minutes once a week is all it takes. Question regarding application of Light Fraxion in relation to the other products I am currently using. Every morning after cleansing, I apply a thin layer of Clearz-It over my t-zone, then the C-Serum & the Replicate & Renew Serum, and finally the Replicate & Renew Cream all over my entire face. I might add I also alternate with the Replicate & Renew Eye Cream and the C-Eye. Should I apply the Light Fraxion before the Clearz It…not sure where to start? Thank you for any suggestions…

We suggest you start with Light Fraxion, then once it is absorbed, follow with your normal regimen.
Hi Jennifer-thanks for the try-me sample of Light Fraxion. Thanks to you my skin is tighter without the “bounce-back” when you pinch as the pinch test isn’t needed on skin that is now tight, smooth and looks great. I can’t wait to buy a larger size (hopefully on auto-ship) I am enjoying going without makeup through the day….Thanks again for a great new product.

We recommend that you use a moisturizer over your Light Fraxion, best one that contains SPF protection.
HI I have dark spots on my face from sun damage. I have used SSC for a few years, and have less wrinkles now then I did 5 years ago. The dark spots however just won’t go away. What products would you suggest I use to get rid of them. Not just temporarily cover them up, but fade them over time?

Hello SSC, love your products. I have a question i could use some help with. I’ve been using you A serum at night and really enjoy it. I recently purchased your resveratrol kit. Am wondering if i can use the resveratrol at night with the A serum, or if i should alternate them? Could really use some help deciding how to use it properly. Thanks…..

The short answer is that all of our products go well with one another. If you want to stagger your serums using one at night and one in the day, that is fine, OR you can apply up to 2 serums together at the same time, twice a day. We call this “cocktailing”.
I love the SSC line. Cant wait to try the Light Fraxion. Just wish HSN would send me a replacement of Super Mel C. Mine is a pump version. I see now it is in a tube. I bought it a while back. There was no way I could use all the SSC products I bought in one month. I saved the Super Mel C and when I used it, I could only use it 3 or 4 times….the pump mal-functioned….now I see why it is in a tube version. Please replace the Mel C with the updated tube. Thank you.

We are sorry, but HSN does offer a 30 day return policy, which should be enough time in which to discover such problems. We strongly encourage you to check your products when you receive them in the future.
How long ago did you purchase this product? The Super Mel C (my favorite SSC product) has been offered in a tube for a long long long time!
