We love Twiggy for her fun and fashionable style. So as we were prepping our wardrobe for fall, we thought why not get some style tips from the the boot-obsessed fashion icon herself? Below are Twiggy’s top tips for looking lovely during the cool months ahead.

Wear this item from summer into the fall…
My gorgeous new antique leather jacket. It’s my Today’s Special this September, and I adore it. It’s the perfect jacket to carry you from summer into fall. The colours I picked are gorgeous, soft and autumnal: latte, grey, olive, purple and, of course, black. The leather is fabulous – it’s a Nappa leather and quite a treat, and I’m still loving the military trend – you’ll love it.
The best way to make your boots last longer…
Always look after your boots. If they’re leather, keep them polished. If they’re suede, treat with a protective spray and brush them regularly with a suede brush. Keep boots well soled and heeled if they wear down and they should last. I personally love my boots as they get older and more worn-in–they become old friends.
Don’t be afraid to wear this no matter what your age…
Jersey-knit/leather pant. They are fabulous and very right on fashion-wise. They’re incredibly comfortable and work with jackets, sweaters, long tees and shirts. The perfect pant for autumn. I’ve done them in black and chocolate – gorgeous.

Three items everyone must have for fall…
1. My tassel riding boots. They are so beautiful, incredibly comfortable and we’ve done them in four great colourways.
2. My colour block scarf. I love the autumn muted colours. Scarves are also a big fashion item and can quickly pull an outfit together.
3. My new slouchy, scrunchy, plush canvas bag. This bag is my new obsession – great colours and very roomy. Love it. Bags, as ever, are a big fashion story.
Staple piece you would spend more than $200 on…
Probably a coat. A great coat can take you through the winter and it needs to be well-cut and good fabric. Well worth splashing out on.
The perfect plane outfit is…
Jersey or knit trousers or leggings and a loose sweater or long sleeved T. I like to be comfortable on a plane.

Hello Twiggy. I purchased the Suede Perforated Boot in blue and paid full price. I save them for a special occassion. We had cold snap a couple of weeks ago,so I pulled my new boots out of the box to wear. Much to my DISAPPOINTMENT, the fabric ripped on the right boot. I was shocked. Never had this to happen ever. I purchased the boots in 2011, so I do hope that HSN will allow return and give a full refund. The style is cute, but the fabric was evidently flawed or the dye weakened the fabric.
Twiggy, I received you Crinkle Skirt (147-168, cocoa/cream) yesterday and loved it so much that I wore it right away. The fabric has a slight sheen that puts it over the top for me and makes it something special. I’d love to have it in a not-too-dark olive and medium pearly grey color as well.
Just wanted you to know. I may or may not get around to officially reviewing the skirt as HSN makes you wait 5 days now after you receive the product. Who can remember that long to go back and do it?

Twiggy —Can you Help me–I ordered your Studded Union Jack Bag in Navy–SOO Gorgious!! Unfortunatly–I HAD to Send it Back–Broke my heart ! Problem is the lining is too lose–like a Parachute!!
Can you PLEASE have them stitch it flat–I REALLY LOVE that bag, and wouild surely re-order it , if the lining were fixed !!

Today 11-9-11 I was watching the show in the aftrnn. I noticed your boots, WOW! they looked fab on the air.
But when I went online to find them, I did not see them anywhere, or so I thought.
I called in to speak live to a Rep. I described the boots the best to my ability from seeing glimpes of the boots you were wearing. I ordered a pair.
Issue is this, I saw what looked like a rhinestone studded boot not a studded boot.
Make a girl happy, pls mk a rhinestone studded ankle boot.
I love your clothing. I have purchased many things for my Mom. However, I am a flight attendant for one for the worlds largest carriers based in the USA, and the fastest growing at LHR. I loved messenger bags, I carry them when I am overseas for my journal, camera, maps, and such. I would love to see a Union Jack messenger bag, or some sort of messenger bag that is uni-sex. I am guy who admires all that you have and would love to carry something that has the Twiggy name attached to it. Thanks
Twiggy, I am exactly your age and have the same taste in fashion, so your clothes are all pretty just my style!! Please make more jewelry. The only thing is I have an 8″ wrist so can’t wear some of your watches, plus your new bracelet fits only up to 7″ I think, so please make an L-XL size too!! Love your knit tops, jeans (I have all 4 of your stripe jeans), long skirts and jackets! Keep designing, as yours are the only fashions items I order on HSN.
Twiggy I purchased your Rose Jeans a while back and would like to see you bring this style back. They are the best fitting jeans i’ve ever found. I didn’t find them until they were almost sold out and wish i could have picked up a pair in black. PLEASE bring back your jeans with the rose on the pocket so I can get a black pair of great fitting jeans.

The boots in this collection are brilliant! I have been waiting to buy the tall belted style in black then saw that they also come in tan so had to get both and the studded ones are too much…I literally screamed liked when I saw them in the footloose magazine they were featured in(I bought 3 colors). Love a good boot any day of the week–keep suppling me!! I’d love to see a tall loden or dark green leather or suede boot. Your so fun to watch…can’t wait for your November show.

us the measurement of the RISE of the pants too. We are all different
sizes and shapes!!! To say that a waistline falls just below the waist..without a measurement….this means nothing…whose waist????

Twiggy, I like your style, but was not happy about you stating that if you go to vintage shops, the military jackets will not fit because they are men’s sizes. My mother served in the armed services, along with alot of women past and present. Her jacket fit me to a “t”. Don’t forget the women who serve their countries.
