hi. i am wondering since the a-copper line is being discontinued due to the sale prices. i hope not due to i will just be trying it. i have terrable oily skin and if i like it i want to be able to come back for more. is the company just revamping the product or is it discontinued? i hope not discontinued b/c so many people in the reviews customers are depending on it. also, bought chin- correct or my mom to pamper herself and wow! I love SSC products. I love the C line especially. One thing I would like to see brought back is the “original” Classic Tinted Moisturizer. The one that is supposed to be the “same” as the original is just not the same! I tried to use it, but it smells really bad and is not the same texture. Could you please bring back the ORIGINAL Tinted Moisturizer – especially in the Medium shade? I know a LOT of people would love it. Thanks!

I started using firm and moisturizer and it’s great. What I’d like to see is an outline of what and how to use Serious Skin Care everyday, what to apply first, then next, and so on. There are so many great products by Serious SC that it’s difficult for me to arrive at a customary routine. Like first thing in morning – do this 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. then midday or before bed, 1, 2, 3, 4, and then what to do everyother day, or weekly, and so on. Can you help? I’m 62 and loving life. Skin normal not dry.

The general rule of thumb is you always start with clean skin, first apply antioxidants, serums, then moisturizer creams. The good news is you are a candidate for so many of our products. I’ve been using the A line for years now. I could always find great kits with the products I love and a few new ones to try. But lately I have had a terrible time finding A kits or even my favorites in with other kits. What has happened to the A cream with the SPF? I have fair skin and love the added protection especially on days without makeup. The A Foaming Cleanser is another favorite that I can only find seperately now. The kits can be such a value – PLEASE, BRING THEM BACK.

I agree, PLEASE bring back the SPF 30 A cream. I just looked at the big holiday bash kit and the A cream doesn’t have SPF. I love the A-line, but could really use the extra protection from the sun,

I absolutely love all of your products! I do have a question about layering in the winter. Being outside with students in the Chicago winters is hard on my skin and I add the Olive Oil line to my Vitamin C regime. Now at the young age of 46 can you give me some tips on which order to place on moisturizes and serums on my face and neck to protect my skin the most?

Thanks for the great job you do with your students. That Chicago winter winter is challenging for your skin. As for layering your products, you should always start with clean skin, then apply your serums and finish up with your moisture creams. If you have more than one cream, put on the thinner one first and finish up with the thickest.
Dear SSC:
I have been on auto ship for the large twin pack of the Glycolic Cleanser for years now. I usually receive the shipments every six months or so. I was due for my current shipment, but received a notice in the mail from HSN that there would be a delay in the shipment and that the cleanser would not be shipped until April of next year ! I was wondering why the delay and what the issue was. Thanks a lot.

I love all of the products and I have used most of them. I have been a fan for almost 20 years. One of my favorites, especially this time of year, is the Olive Oil line. Recently I got the hair mask and really like how it leaves my hair. I was wondering if anyone has used the Olive Oil shampoo and conditioner, if so what did you think? I have lots of baby fine hair and am affraid of build up and was hoping to get a little feedback.

Diane220, I’v been using the olive oil shampoo and conditioner for a while now I have the duo on auto ship and I really like it. Its very light and moisurizing at the same time. I wouldn’t worry about it building up on your hair. I have dry scalp and I find that it helps, heavy products make my scalp worse, and this doesnt.
Hi Diane, I have used the Olive Oil shampoo and cond and I LOVE IT! I even use it on my daughter’s hair, especially after she goes swimming. It leaves our hair very soft and shiny. It does not leave a build up o our hair at all.
Diane, I’ve been using the shampoo and conditioner for quite some time. My hair is long, straight, lightened, very fine, and almost 62 years old! These products are the only ones that leave it shiny and smooth (I tend to frizz). As I’ve aged, my hair really needs the moisture without the heaviness of any “body” products, since I wear my hair straight. I also like to use a little of the OO facial cleanser on the tips of my fingers to work through my ends. Adds more shine and detangles!
Hi Jennifer! Love your Emu & Aloe Soothing Facial Cream. Not heavy or greasy, fragrance-free, absorbs nicely, very healing to the skin, love it! Would you consider making an Emu & Aloe hand cream, something non-greasy and fragrance-free that would absorb into the skin and soothe/heal dry, chapped hands? Thank you for considering this request. I would love to try InstA-tox even though I have sensitive skin and use the glucosamine line it would be nice to give this a try for free! Please also consider bringing some kits with the glucosamine line soon! Love It! It is very expensive to buy all of the products in singles for those on tight budgets. Would love it if you included the sulphur mask…another favorite…and maybe other products you think appropriate for sensitive skin! Thanks!

I absolutely adore it however, It lasts barely one month! Could you please offer more product for about the same price/value? Looking forward to your answer please. Dear Jennifer using InstA-tox and just got more as mine was getting old. My skin is tough and it feels great when I use Skin Detailer. Using it just once a week leaves me feeling like my skin is telling me “give me more”. Is this the most I can use it or not. I don’t turn red but I do get a tingle after using #2 serum this lasts just for a second or 2. My skin is really soft when I am done. Love both products plus EyeDuality. My bath-room looks like the SERIOUSFACTORY.Thanks 4 the great products

Jennifer, I have ordered your products and keep trying new things. I am pleased with all but have yet to find my perfect regimen. I am writing with one critique however. I am currently using the A line of products. I recently mistakenly picked up the serum which is very loose and liquified instead of the eye cream which is thick and requires more force to get out of the tube. I am so upset to have wasted so much of this product! Can you rethink the packaging or maybe make the hole smallr
