2012 CES News: The Latest in TV’s, Tablets & Tech
Hey everyone,
I just wanted to let you know that I’m having a GREAT time at CES! Just wait until you see all the things coming your way! Amazing!
From a phone that you can write on like a notepad, to televisions that can literally “hear” what you are thinking! There
are so many great ideas happening in new technology. You will even start to look at your television in a whole new way.
The flatscreens that are being debuted at CES will blow you away! New circuitry is allowing manufactures to create televisions with better pixels than ever before. But they take the “supermodel” thin to a whole new level. The new designs are OLED televisions which are not much thicker than a pane of glass.
Some of the other types of tech that are fighting over the limelight here in Las Vegas, are Ultrabooks and tablets. Everyone, including Gateway, is trying to make a faster and smaller computers and laptops, and don’t forget to accessorize! Everything from your favorite colors of cases, and even crystal accents. Even new technologies in cameras, like the Olympus SP815.
You will see things in a whole new way and our team is already working on ways to bring these emerging technologies first!

Shannon, I preordered the new Gateway laptop in Red. I thought of you right away. The one I am using now is also a red gateway laptop from a TSV 5 or 6 years ago. To be specific a T2370 3gb that still rock and rolls,so I will be moving it to my patio. The one I owned prior to that was also a Gateway from HSN. I guess I am a little bias but I would not own any other computer. I listen to you girl. You know your electronics!!! Blessings.

Can you connect to your wireless company with the ipad 4th that was the todays special value. I know it has wifi but how about at the beach?
Hi Shannon: The night that you hosted the serious skin care tsv you had on a top that was so beautiful! I called in to “shop the show” but nobody could tell me where your top was available. Can you tell me how to play flash video on the let pan tablet I bought? I try to play hsn videos and it says the tablet doesn’t support adobe flash. What do I do?

I have a question. I just received my new Samsung smart phone that was the Today’s Special a few days ago. Can’t wait to get it activated but wanted to make sure if I transfer my min. and days from my existing Tracfone to the new one, will I be able to transfer them back to my old one if for some reason I’m not satisfied with the new one? I’m concerned about the little keyboard–I have fat fingers!!! Thank you.
You also change the price you payed for similair cookwear, or computer, or digital camera, several times during a presentation, or say that we need to buy rigth away or we will lose out of the oppurtunity to buy an item, like you say there are only like 2,000 of an item, come to find out there would be like 30,000 or such amount.
PLEASE don’t insult us, we are not stupid, HSN can stand on it’s because of it’s impecible customers service record! HSN doesn’t need tactics like this!!!!!!!
I have tried to let managment know that you can be a con artist, or you embelish alot of the claims you make on the air,,,,,FOR INSTANCE,,,,you say when you are on the air with either Wolfgang, Emril, ANd many others, you claim to use only their cookwear and many times you state you own everypeice those chefs put out, one time you said you don’t cook, so how many kiychens do you have to store ALL that cookwear, and if you don’t cook why would you buy all that cookwear? Why do you lie like this?

Shannon, how could you and Aaron which he claims to be a expert put on this big presentation about Nextbook 8″ LCD 1GHz Processor Wi-Fi Tablet with Android 4.0 back on March 25 and con all your viewers how great this tablet was and 40,000 buyers got excited about it only to find out that this tablet is a piece of junk and nobody there cares if you all would read the reviews your customers are sending them back and not happy with you I will never order anything that u sell ever QVC 4 me next

I have noticed your watch on the show and would like to know if it is offered on the show to purchase. It is the one with the clear band that you wear sometimes.
Shannon, Since your still paying for a lost phone, Have you thought about calling the service and telling them you would like to go to the lowest plan with the smallest amount of minutes possible. You may have been locked in to pay for the phone service, but the extra minutes you don’t have to pay for, they can see you have not been using your phone. Also tell them to cut your phone off, just in case someone finds it. Good Luck
(con’t) an hour and half of “try this” and “try that”. He knew as much as we did. All written in my earlier blog. The reason I shop on HSN is because I am too ill to go out. Now, I will be standing in line at he post office to return, driving whereever to find a box to put it in for shipping. The presentation was misleading. Actually untrue. I am very disappointed.
I blogged about it earlier SOMEWHERE on here but now can’t find it. I thought the blog heading just said something like “items you bought” I guess not cuz I can’t find it. The 24 hour a day, 7 day a week tech support was not there. 4 days without being able to talk to a person, 4 !
