Hi Girlfriends,
Many thanks for your support of our 15th Anniversary show. Your enthusiasm for our products is especially rewarding to me and I so appreciate all the wonderful things you have to say about Signature Club A.
So many of you have been loyal customers for many years going back to when I had salons in the major department stores. I loved hearing from K.C. and Deanna from Florida, and Arlene from Illinois, who are so pleased they don’t have to drive long distances to get my products and they can now shop at home in the comfort of their living rooms.
I learn a lot about you reading your comments; Valerie, hope you were able to take advantage of the new precious Moroccan Argan Oil collection that includes the new Argan hair products, which is something you said you wanted to see offered. And, I was so pleased to hear from DeDe who said that it was so helpful to her that all of our products are affordable for someone who is living on a fixed income. As I have said before, we continually try to bring you the best quality at the very best value and I can assure you we will continue to do so.
Our July HSN Birthday show is coming up on July 30th and we will be introducing a brand new moisturizer with a sunscreen. Tears of Beauty Mastiha Anti-wrinkle SPF 20 Day Cream, unlike anything you have seen before, is inspired by an ingredient I found on the island of Chios in Greece. Adrienne, been using your products since the first time you appeared on HSN (kaliedescope and the five ingredient cream) & NEVER STOPPED & ONLY use your products.Thanks for products I can rely on & fun tv shows which helped thru some rough times. Love your super specials which come in the mail every few months & never return a thing. Where are the caviar super-hold foundation sticks? Love them and will re-stock if available. I want to wish you a very Happy Birthday!!! I’ve been a customer of yours ever since you came to HSN 15 years ago. During your very first visit, I purchased the skin care kit with the machine and rose petal cleanser that came in the red bag…Terri Lewis was the show host! Today I ordered the brand new capsules for under eye circles….I’m not exagerating when I say my cirles and bags under my eyes are extremely bad and EMBARRASSING so I PRAY they will help.
I will KEEP asking for my favorites in the hope that you listen. PLEASE bring back the pomegranate cleanser in the tube. And the Macadamia Almond meltdown. I would be such a happy camper. I want my beauty products to smell WONDERFUL. LOL
I miss the ‘Mineral Bright Natural Glow Powder’ with seven different color bands and enhanced with Alpine mineral water. Also miss the Kaliediscope and Crystal Facets Brightening Powders. It was so easy to just put on moisturizer and one of these great powders and I was out the door. Please, please bring back. Thanks for listening.
Happy Birthday Adrienne, I am 57 I just started using your products last year when I was layed off from work, I didn’t know what I was missing. My whole attitude has changed, I feel pretty…Thank you!!! I always look forward to seeing you and learning more about my skin, and different ways to apply my makeup. I love your products! I have been a loyal customer for nine years and you just keep getting better and better. I first purchased your Over 40 kit and I fell in love. I am on auto delivery for your SCA personal pick kit too and I have never been disappointed! While I love your beauty products, I proudly own 12 of your watches too! You are my idol! Keep up the good work.
I miss the Morning Pearl Cream. I would get so many complements on my skin which was due to that wonderful cream. Any chance of bringing it back or is there some other product that took it’s place? It was the best!
Please bring back your over 40 Imperial C liquid silicone makeup in a bottle. The last time you had it I bought several bottles. I am now out and found myself in the store trying to buy something similar. Please! I don’t want to change, but I like a liquid makeup. Why did you stop making this? At least answer that question. Please don’t leave us hanging.
Happy Birthday Adrienne..Many more. I do have a question though. I am wondering what happened to HSN Item #375-138? It is the Rapid Transport C Infused Tangerine Meltdown. I just ordered it in the beginning of July (it was 2 for 1). Love it so much I just tried to re-rder before I run out – AND I CAN NOT FIND IT ANYWHERE! What’s up?? Please DO NOT tell me it has discontinued. There was no mention of that when I ordered it on 7/2. PLEASE, PLEASE restock!!!!!
Hi Adrienne, Happy Birthday. I use so many of your products and love them. I scout the internet before your shows are scheduled to air, because I know how fast your products sell out. There is one product I wish you would bring back and that is the No Transfer Lip Color Wand and the Perma Glaze Luminizer and the eyeliner pencil, maybe in a mini kit. You did them once before and I purchased several, but I am running low, so please bring them back individually. Thanks.

My name is Bonnie, I just wanted to say I love your products. I was wondering what ever happen to the Nail Polish you use to do? I just love it and have been looking for the nail polish. You use to put a bottle in your kits, then you made a kit with just nail polish. I’ve been looking, but haven’t found the kit anymore.

Hello Adrienne – I just ordered your new Tears of Beauty cream and was going to order the Anti-Dark Circle & Anti-Wrinkle Capsules for Eyes (Item: 492-489) until I realized that there is a charge for autoship set up AND S/H totalling $14.16 in addition to the $25.50 purchase price – what’s up with that? Needless to say I will either be purchasing it as a single item or wait to see if you add it to a kit, although I was VERY excited about trying it. I guess I will have to wait and see!

I know they make things for less money but I really hate to put a penny in their pockets. Also,the paraben? I heard that is not so great for the skin. If you can change back to Italian or American made, I would feel alot better about buying things from you. Great products!

I was an entertainer for years and I still like to look good!! I am 79 yrs old and love all your products that I can use. Thanks a lot

ADRIENNE…PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR ‘SIGNATURE CLUB A OVER 40′ PRODUCT LINE. MY SKIN USE TO LOOK SO GOOD THEN. IT HAS BEEN GOING DOWNHILL BECAUSE OF ALL THE CHANGES OF THE PRODUCT LINE. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THAT PROBLEM?
I have been using your Retinol no transfer makeup and LOVE it! It is an exact match for my skin. I would love to see that on auto-ship. I already get the retinol caps and love those as well. Thank you for two really fabulous products!
