Can you believe it? The Wei East story began nine years ago, right here on HSN! Over the years so many of you have trusted me, and allowed me to come into your living rooms to share my heritage of traditional Chinese herbal approach to beauty.
This month we celebrate our 9th anniversary on HSN as the largest Chinese herbal based skin care brand in the United States. I could not have done it without all of you believing in me. I thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart for allowing me to share my passion with you, and for being a part of the Wei East community.
For our 9th anniversary I want to not only thank you for believing in me, more importantly I want to celebrate all of you. I strongly believe that when you look good, it makes you feel good. I love the fragrance Healthy Balance and keep checking to see if it is back. Last time I bought two sets and loved it, the spicy fragrance brings many compliments and is not too heavy for any season. Please consider offering it again.

I have to say I am Greatly dismayed at HSN contacting me today to tell me that the WRinkle Relief System that I ordered yesterday isn’t there…or I was told there is a “shortage” they say. My order went through just fine yesterday…this has happened to me twice this month. the other item was jewelry…I sincerely hope that this item will be replenished for me and all the others that got the same email today….

Hi Wei,I love love your white lotus products.I am very upset that I can not find your moonlight recovery anywhere on the HSN site. I called customer service and they do not have it available!I hope you are not changing or discontinuing it.I finally found the right thick cream that keeps my skin dewy. I wrote my review back in 2007 and I am still in love with white lotus moonlight recovery. where it is????I have a small stock of it but I am starting to panic.I hope you will still have it.
I am noticing under my eyes a sunckin hollow look. Is there a product that can help with that? Please advise.

Hello. I LOVE Wei and so does my mom. we both look a lot younger than we are, and Wei East helps a lot! I love the Moonlight Eye cream and my mom loves China Herbal everything. She says Youth Recaptured is her beauty secret. But I can tell you guys! The Hand and Body Perfection is…perfection. I ordered a bunch tonight. Happy shopping, Wei lovers =)

It may be your anniversary, but I am not happy. The Golden root complete system has sold out. It has the cleanser in it, and I have not seen the cleanser for a long time. Why do you get people to like your products, and then not have them available? When will these products be back? Why are they not available at all times? Please address these issues.
Wei, I believe that you’ve seriously discovered the fountain of youth!!!!!! I started using the Chestnut line and this winter I switched to White lotus because my skin was drying out. It worked!!! I saw in Allure magazine, ( in dec.) a good review/mention of
your Lip Cream/Plumper–but when I watched all the shows on HSN
after, I have NOT seen ANY presentation or mention of it!!

I am so happy you are back…Happy 9th anniversary! Wishing you were on for 3 days this time with more time slots. I will miss most of your segments because of work and I love watching and learning from you. Please bring back the Silk line.
