Whiteheads began to appear about 4 years ago around the same time I was diagnosed with diabetes. I also noticed my skin began to look older as well. I am 60 and have been using Serious Skin Vitamin C & Retinol products for about a year. What causes whiteheads, and do you have a product that will eliminate or help stop whiteheads?
I’m looking for two products that I love. The first one is KIN-STRUCT product came from one of your books and the other is argifirm reverse lift body cream. Why are these not for sale anymore or how can I purchase them.

I just ordered a kit with the Glycolic Cream renewal and it comes with the Vitamin A Force serum. Can these 2 products be used together? I know layering is always a good thing with SSC products but I just wanted to be sure being the Glycolic is retexurizing product. Thanks for your help.

We would recommend that you use the Glycolic Serum under your Glycolic Cream. You may use the A Force XR serum at another time. Thank you for your post.
I missed the Beauty Book and it’s sold out–I’m so very disappointed.
Is there any way you could restock or at least offer the same configuration of products that were in the book (without the book)?
Any possibility of getting more of the Beauty Books??

I absolutely love the SERAMINS product. In fact it is a miracle drug for my skin. But PLEASE CHANGE THE PACKAGING. Go back to a pump or a dropper. Someone wasn’t thinking when this consistency was put in a tube. (I had to find another container to put the SERAMINS in so it would not leak.)And please do it soon…I need to re-order!

Thank you for your comments regarding the new packaging. We suggest you carefully tilt the tube and pour a small amount into your cupped hand, then dab it on.
can you recommend any of your products to help with acne scaring. Also can your A kit and reverse lift kit be used together.

What happened to the Continuously Clear Clarfying Treatment??? It’s not on the SSC website anymore…thankfully I bought two bottles from your site a few months ago to stock up…
Please don’t say you’ve discontinued it…I can’t use Clearz-It (the benzoyl peroxide makes my skin itchy) and I’ve been using the Clarifying Treatment for over 15 years along with many of your other products…
Hopefully you’re just rebranding the look like the other Continuously Clear items…

What does someone like myself (who is allergic to benzoyl peroxide) use to keep my skin clear? I use the Clarifying Treatment 2x a day…you don’t understand how mortified I am…besides your cleansers, it’s the one SSC product that I can’t live without…
You have to realize that not everyone can use Clearz-It…

This is the first time I have been on the blog. I just turned 65 :(
and all in all my skin is still in good shape, but I am starting to have some deeper lines around the mouth area and some sagging as well. I have used many of your products but I am wondering what skin care and makeup lines you would recommend for me. I would consider my skin to be on the dry side. Also, I am starting to have that weird skin on my neck.

I love the SSC! I have been using it for years! As a part-time sunworshipper, I have put my skin thru the paces! As a woman pushing 45, I get carded for lottery tickets and liquor at times. my friends ask me my secret to great skin and SSC is it. Cleaning my skin, suing the A line for years, and also the Glycolic acid mask to remove the dead skin weekly and the C serum peel. Now as I am in my 40’s I have switched to the C line but find myself going back to the A line as well

Why did you discontinue the continuously clear Clarifying Treatment? I’ve been using it for over 12 years. Very disappointed with Serious Skin Care for discontinueing it.

From time to time, products have to rotate out to make room for new items.
I have used the a line and the c line, with some results, however, I am close to 50 and the wrinkles are getting to be a little more than I care to have and they are fine lines around my eyes. I don’t know which line to use for my best results, can you help to clarify what would work best. Thanks!!

We suggest that you now move on to Creamerum Evolve and Pure Pep! These can be added to any of the regimens you are using.

They are all beneficial but if you have to make a choice, pick the C line.
I hope this year for the holidays you do a Beauty Book (so missed that last year!) or another version of this year’s best products in a kit. I’d love to see Gommage and Pure Pep fading fluid included.

Please do not discontinue the Youth Continously Clear products. It is amazing, my daughter has used it for a year and her skin went from heavy acne to beautiful, glowing skin. She would be lost without it.

I ordered the InstaTox twin pack for my mother. She likes the way the product works on her wrinkles, but says that using any serum or moisturizer after allowing the InstaTox to set (and she says she’s waiting nearly 10 minutes before applying anything after using InstaTox) breaks down the effect of the InstaTox, almost like washing it off. What can she do to get the best of the InstaTox and her Vitamin C line? I’d like her to keep the product, but there’s no point if it won’t work properly.

InstA-tox works best on clean skin or over fully absorbed moisturizer. Alternatively, your mother can mix a small amount in with her moisturizer and apply them at the same time. Once set, we suggest using mineral makeup, so as not to disturb the effect.
did you know that as of today, 10/17, HSN is out of the twin packs until mid February. UGH!

Have been using SSC products since before time it seems. My favorite and I hope you will bring it back at some point were the “surprise boxes”. They contained different products from different lines and if it weren’t for a few of those boxes, some products which are now my favorite, I would have never tried.
Might you be bringing back the surprise boxes again? Pretty please? :)

I’ve always wanted to try your products out but I don’t know where to start. I am 25 years old and I am noticing large pores around my T-Zone and loss of elasticity. What product from this line will fit me most for my age and problems of my skin?

This is the fourth time I’ve tried the InstaTox. I just can’t get it to look right. I end up looking like my face has been in a wind tunnel or one of the G-force faces – smooth in some places and then these blobs of skin like I’ve just pushed my face someplace else. I think this is going back AGAIN. Just too much work! Obviously I’m doing something very wrong and watching demos on TV just isn’t doing it for me.

You may be using too much, just a little bit is all you need per area. Apply evenly.
I love SSC products! The quality and prices are fantastic! My favs are the glycolic and C lines. Glycolic Gommage is my new fav product. Also loving the peptide products, just getting started with those. I haven’t had much success with the Instatox to be honest. I watch the demos to see what I am doing wrong. It just doesn’t seem to do anything for me. I’m 50 yo so certainly could benefit from it! Hope someone will post how they use it and some helpful tips. Thanks for your great products!

Thank you for your post. We suggest you try using just a very small amount, put it on clean dry skin, and then try not to make expressions while it sets up.
Why did you stop making the A bar of soap ?? That worked better for me than the A wash. More Akits should be produced for your visit. It was sold out. I had CoQ10 on my reserve account for 19.99 and it was removed this year from my account and I find out is is online for more than double. I was buying it for a long time and it should not have been removed from my account.

I just ordered the instatox to try for the first time. I liked the results I was seeing on the show. I am 48 get occasional breakouts, getting a bit of sagging and creasing especially around my eyes and mouth. My skin looks dry yet when I use any type of moisturizer may it be all natural or medicinal my skin breaksout. If I try to use cleansers and lotions for breakouts they cause irritation and my skin to dry out even more.Can anyone suggest a line, only 48 and starting to look 70

Just received my first order of inst a tox, rushed right into the bathroom washed my face thouroughly and applied according to the directions and OMG I will never leave home without this applied. I am sorry for the few that it does not seem to work for because this has taken about ten years of my appearance. The only tip I can suggest to others is that the claim is correct less is more. Thank you so much for this product and I hope you never discontinue
