I really do like you products, but I have to say that I was very disappointed when I purchased a big kit from HSN. The white lotus serum in it ran out first out of all of the prodoucts. You raved at what a great product it was, but the packaging was very misleading. Once I took the bottle apart, I could see that the tube on the inside was much smaller than the other serum bottle. The other products are still being used, but I ran out of the White Lotus serum quickly. Misleading.
First I just want to say I love Wei East and Wei East loves my skin. My question is; I noticed the herbal kit comes with the China Herbal ultimate Renewal and the china herbal daily moisturizer. The instructions for the renewal says to use it twice a day there are no instructions for the daily moisturizer. When/how do you use these two, are they both moisturizers?

Dear Wei, your products are quite beautiful but why, why, why do you put petrolatum in them? a petroleum product mixed with all your lovely herbs does not seem to make sense.
Wei-I’m a disabled diabetic and hope you’ll return with the 3.5 oz. hand and body cream, five in a pack. This is the best cream I’ve ever found to use on my feet. Even my doctor has noticed improvements on my regular diabetic check-ups. With a limited/fixed income,it’s more affordabe for me in this configuration. Please bring it back at a good price.

calling all Wei East fans! I am a lover of White Lotus.55 years old and people constantly tell me my skin is beautiful.I am always working on it. I could not beleive the moonlight recovery cream when I discovered it. I use it for daytime/night. the best I ever tried and I tried it all. Anyway, ladies, I have been thinking about the Golden Root as well. What are your thoughts of the Golden Root compared to the White Lotus. which is better? My skin is really dry and prefer thick/rich & dewy.
