catherine
Diane, I love you jeans and am a petite. BUT you make your boot cut jeans too long for me to wear with low shoes. I can no longer wear high heels like you show on all of the models. I would LOVE to have boot cut in same length as my skinny jeans I have tried them in petite and have to send them back. i hate them dragging on the floor or bunched up around my ankles. PLEASE DO BOOT CUT PETITE SHORTER.
Diane, This is the second time I have ordered your jeans and have had to send them back. They are too big in the thighs. I have very skinny legs. I ordered the velvet jeans in a size 6 this time…too big. A size 4 would be too small for the rest of me. Do you have any jeans with very skinny legs?
I, like many others, have been waiting for your Fit and Flares for quite sometime. But now that they are in something is very wrong with the sizing. You have to buy three (3) sizes so they will fit when you get them, and then after the washings. Returning gets quite expensive and many customers just can’t keep returing your jeans. I am getting by with last years jeans but would just like to get some new ones. Please correct this problem so everyone will stay with your products. Thank You.
Hi, Diane:
I am a fan of HSN and of you. This is an unusual blog, but everytime I watch you, I can’t help but think of this: I would love to see your hair shoulder length with some softness around your face. I bet you would look even younger than you do now. Maybe you can try one of those salons that have a computer that lets you try different doo’s without actually taking the plunge. Love ya’ ~ keep up the good work, Diane !! PS: I am your age. Love my age.
Diane, I am a great fan of your clothing line. I have bought several pieces and have gotten a lot of compliments. My question is can we buy the leopard cardigan that you are wearing in you advertisement on the HSN webpage? I think you sold it in another color but I like the one you are wearing(brown). How much would it be?
Diane what can I say LOVE LOVE LOVE your fit and flare RETRO jeans did I say LOVE them I have tried some of your other styles they don’t fit right but these are the bomb at 51 years young they are the only jeans I wear all year long before these Hollidays I spent in joggers to feel comfy while cooking those Holliday meals now get up put on my retro jeans at 3am to start prepairing for the big day and even when I lay to take a break I can lay comfy in them so PLEASE DON’T DISCONTINUE THEM Diane
Hi Diane- First off, I love, love, love your jeans. However, I am almost 52 years old and an ostomy patient. Even though your jeans are high rise, they tend to hit me right at the stoma which makes it uncomfortable for me. I have several pairs of your jeans, but cannot wear them due to this fact. Since it has past 30 days, I cannot return them. Is there any possible way that you could make some low rise jeans for us ostomy gals? I am 5′10″ and 116 lbs. so I wear between the 2T and 4T. Thanks.
Please, PLEASE, please bring back your Fit-n-flare jeans!!! I have turned so many of my firends and family onto your jeans and the FnF are the absolute BEST ever!!! Bootleg jeans just aren’t as figure flattering for ladies with CURVES! I will keep checking in, hopefully something will pop-up soon! I have washed the pairs I have and over the years they have faded out.
She did bring them back in 2011, but they don’t fit the same. The sizing is so really messed up. You have to buy at least three sizes up so they fit when you get them, and after washing them. I sincerely hope she changes this so everyone can enjoy them like they did last year. Absolutely loved them.
I am a big fan of Diane Gilman jeans, in partiuclar the embellished jeans. The quality of the thread used in applying the embellishments has diminished as the prices went up. The threads break, causing the embellishments to fall off. This happened recently the FIRST time I wore a pair of jeans that cost $89.90 and it was past the 30 day return deadline. I felt cheated. Please, Diane, do some quality control investigating and correct this problem.
Hello Diane, Love all your products. I have a question regarding the fit of your jeans. I’ve purchased many pairs and they fit great when trying them on, my problem is when wearing them, bending, sitting, etc, they tend to “slide” down and I find my self having to constantly be pulling them up at the waist. I’m 5′9″ long leg, not long through the body, just need the length for my legs. All the jeans I bought were in tall. Does anyone else have this issue? Thanks, Beverly
Diane, I’m converted. I love your jeans fit and I have many. I’d like to ask that some investigation be made into the odor problem. I have struggled with my last few pair with a strong chemical odor. It’s next to impossible to wash out. I’ve tried detergent, vineger, baking soda, fabrezz, cologne and I hang them outside for a week at a time. I do all this, I go to these lengths because these jeans FIT so well. Let me add that the acid wash are the worst offenders, especially browns, greys.
Hi Diane, Over the past few months I have purchased several pairs of your jeans. Love the way they fit! But I have a problem with the black ones, and according to the blogs I am not the only one. They have an odor to them that can not be washed out.I have soaked them in white vinegar (suggested by customer service rep)but I still can not wear them. I am hoping that “this time” I get a response.I find it hard to believe that HSN is not aware of this problem, and that no one cares to address it.
Diane,
Love you earlier jeans with the larger pockets on the back. And smaller waist in a size 2. My husband was the one who actually pointed it out to me. — About the pockets being so small. I have others that are normal size. Why have you changed them?
Diane you have changed my life.I am 55 years old and could not find a pair of jeans to fit. I decided to try your jeans and they are Fantastic, perfect fit!I feel like Im 30 years old again! Your clothes line is awesome! Everything I have ordered is top quality. You go girl! Thank you so very much..you have truly changed my life.
Diane,
It was your velvet jeans that got me to try them and now I am HOOKED. Your jeans are the best- Just one problem they sell out too fast. lol. Please keep doing what you do. I won’t consider any other jean- but yours. Thank you !!!
i know this isn’t the right place to put this but I don’t know how to do this so here goes I KNOW YOU DON’T LIKE SHORTS BUT I DO and sometimes you need to think about how many of us gals would love dg2s with an inseem of about 9 or 10 inches in those beautiful fun colors plus all the money you could be making! think about it please the jeans are so comfy but in summer I love shorts thank you
here here I vote for shorts also but not the ones that are way to long my knees are way to close to well I will just say it my back side so when I wear those longer ones it looks awful on me so I spent money on shorts I have to cut and sew that look tacky after I’m done so I just throw them away. Fun colors and true fit is what we need
It is so depressing trying to find tall jeans for taller full sized girls. I am 6 ft tall and it is literally impossible to find bottoms long enough. When are designers going to include us??
Diane, I think you should consider doing a jegging type (elastic waist) jean with a 13″ leg opening and a 17″ boot cut leg opening. We don’t need all that zipper stuff unless we are tucking in a top, but many of us NEVER tuck in, preferring your fabulous turtlenecks. If these are ever available, I want every color in both styles! You are the best ever for women of a certain age! Thank you!
I was expecting – hoping :-)- to find the velvet jeggings this visit… Will they be coming? I had written it on my calender from your last visit that they would be coming in early November.
I am hoping for the velvet jegging also…maybe tonight or tomorrow they will be on!
Me too! I taped/watched every show looking for them. Please tell me the TS on11/28 will be velvet jeggings .. .. .
I am so glad the velvet jeans are back! I missed out the black velvet color last year…I just had to get the matching velvet moto jacket. Of course… I also couldn’t resist the gorgeous new peacock color too and the peacock leopard duster. I would like to request the velvet jeans in the straight cut next year. (The tall skinny’s are too short for me…33 1/2 is better.) Thanks for being YOU…I feel like me… only better when I am wearing my DG2 clothes. Thanks again Diane…Your the best!!
Diane,
You are right, the handerkerchief hem tunic in teal does look awesome with the loden outfit also with the espresso. Please consider bringing the heather blue, loden and espresso colors back.I missed out on themin XL.Also please consider bringing the handkerchief hoodies back I missed out on them too. Thanks for bringing some flair and fun and style back into my wardrobe.I am one of the baby boomers.
I love your jeans, however being a size 2 petite, they are just a little too big, I normally wear a size 0. Wish you would offer your jeans in a size 0.
I love your jeans, and that is all I wear now. Can not wait for the velvet jeans. I wear your size 2 petite, I really wish you would offer size 0 petite, as the size 2 fit, but I could go down a size. Some jeans fit better than others.
Diane,
I love your clothes. Your clothes make my heart go pitta pat. HOWEVER, I don’t understand why the dark washes can’t be made color fast. Last night I took off my beautiful black jeggings to find grey streaks on my legs. This is really unreasonable at any price. It’s time to own up on this one. How about making a line labeled “color fast” and charging us for it.
IT IS TIME

Hi Diane, I am in love with your clothes. Specifically the jeggings. I find it hard to find them in the colors. Will you be bringing more in? I am a 1x Tall, and I have them in the dark denim and the chambray, would love the other colors.
Keep up the great work, you ROCK !
