Celebrating the holidays & the New Year
I have always loved the holidays, especially at this time of year. I have lots of sweet memories associated with this time of year. I have always loved the holidays, especially at this time of year. I have lots of sweet memories associated with this time of year. I will always remember my first Christmas. I celebrated with my husband and his family, though I was only his girlfriend at the time. His mother went out of her way to make me feel welcome and help to make my first Christmas special. She bought me more presents than I had ever received, and beyond the gifts, she treated me as her own daughter. I felt a warm and sweet sense of belonging. I fell in love with not only my husband, but his whole family after that holiday.
Because of this, I try to go out of my way to make everyone feel special at this time of year, just like my mother-in-law did for me. I believe that when women and people in general receive a good feeling, they want to spread that feeling to others. That is why I have created my beauty recipe. My mother gave me her beauty secrets, which have helped me to live confidently. It is my goal to use these secrets to spread beautiful skin to women everywhere so they too can experience feeling stunning in their own skin.
So as you contemplate what to give your loved ones this holiday season, consider spreading good feeling through love and joy just as both my mother and mother-in-law have done for me. Happy holidays and I hope you have a wonderful New Year!

Even though I had a large white lotus kit (with body cream and 7 day restorative system among others in it) on check order, it sold out (which I’ll never understand). They say it might be back in stock which I highly doubt because they usually never are, especially if this item was on clearance. I love white lotus – it took me two years to realize that nothing else is more hydrating.
Could you please, please, bring it back? Just one more for me at least…hehe
Dear Wei, I have been with you since day 1. My sister and my 3 nieces’ are all Wei girls now. Wei, I need these good kits, like the last $39.90 TS,otherwise I cannot afford good skin care. Please continue with the kits and AutoShip capabilities. I use all lines, but love the Eyes Alive and wish the tube was bigger. Please mix up the kits more like you did last week. I am never going back to any other line on HSN , as long as I can afford your kits and I hope you visit HSN every month, please.

I am in 26 years old and have a demanding job in the military. I undergo stress and do have acne. I am looking to help prevent aging, hydration, eye puffiness. I am unsure how to stack your products up and which ones to get. I like to keep things simple and down to 2-3 products. Can you please help me. I would love your advice.

Dear Wei,
I use several of your products from the White Lotus and the Chestnut Firming Lines. I love them all. I do have a request though, the labeling wears off and it is hard to remember which is which after a while. If there was someway you could have the names of the products
on the bottles or jars so they don’t rub off it would help greatly.

I am a first time customer, ordered so many things I can not remember. I have been an Ester Lauder girl for many years, but saw your show and prices so thought I would try. I have beautiful light, soft skin. Swedish decent. I am 69.9 years young and look 40ish. My problem is that I have fuzzy skin on my face. Do you have any product that works best on y skin type?
Hi Wei…I just love watching your show….I got the today’s special and a couple of other items…but do have a question…..a couple of your chestnut products the second ingredient is petrolatum and i read that this ingredient wont go into the skin…so the products wont either…..and that is is very harmful……

I have been using Wei East products for about 3 years. I have found the Silk Sensations Cleanser and Toner to work the best for me. I love the way it makes my skin look and feel – like velvet. Now I seem to have a problem. It doesn’t seem to be offered anymore. I find the other cleansers to be too heavy for my skin.
Will it be back or will there be a replacement product for this line?
I use the firming and the white lotus. Love your products. I have dry eye and I have to be careful about my products.
Would you please use a different ink on your jars as the name of the product wears off and I cannot tell which jar I am using.

I AM USING THE CHINESE HERBAL LIP PERFECTION AND EYES ALIVE CONSTANTLY!!!! please make a super sized kit with just these 2 items. when i buy the kits with these items,I do not use other kit items as quickly. so i end up with a tub of other products i can’t use as fast as i need to order new . i enjoy the bargains of kit prices . thanks wei

I have been using your herbal, chestnut, goji, and lotus products for several years. I love them but I am VERY WORRIED about the parabens that you have in your products. Your products work but with all of the negative press on parabens being absorbed into people’s bodies (and even appearing in breast lump tissue), I am surprised that a smart lady as yourself has not taken them out. Your customers should not have to worry about paraben use with your wonderful products…

My daughter and I have been using your products for three years now. Please consider bringing it back. It would be great if you could put the concealer and the herbal foundation duo on autoship. White Lotus Body Butter by itself. It is wonderful. I have psorisas and use that
every day and it is really helping. The dry skin that psorisas makes is gone but
my butter is gone. My kit will not run out for another couple of months. PLEASE

A little over a year ago I saw you on HSN and gave you a try. I no longer use the prescription creams and have clear skin and no longer hide or shy away from people due to my skin. Wei, I love,love,love your products. I have been using them for one year now and boy what a difference in my skin. I have used all of your lines and joined your club. In my surprise packages I received a tube of China Lotus Anti-Aging Masque and loved it. I have searched for this product on line and cannot fine it. Hope you will make this available on line. I love the White Lotus products! I am going to the Golden Root set next.
So pleased I decided to try Wei East. My skin already looks more even, and Bight Lights Rice Milk Spot Bightener even works on my sun spots. Very pleased with your products.
I was receiving on auto ship the China Herbal Foaming Cleanser which I love, love love! I received a notice in the mail that this item will no longer be available on auto ship. I have checked HSN’s website to purchase it and found that it is no longer available by itself. Please bring it back – it was wonderful. My complexion never looked so good! Now, I am stuck and will have to seek a new product line. Please make it available in a larger size if you bring it back.
