Have been customers for 11 years. Love all your products, but not the products that are being made in China! Please continue your Italian made products. USA, Canada, France, Germany are good also but NO CHINESE MAKE-UP,POWDERS.You can’t control what they put in their powers, PENCILS OR ANYTHING THAT WE PUT DIRECTLY ON SKIN. Why did you change the consistancy of your Wrinkle Filament FiberFill ( and now you add the word “firm” )… It was FABULOUS the way it was! Now it’s sticky and doesn’t dry so my eye make up smudges under my eyes. It also does not fill the wrinkles as well. Is there any of your old formula still available? This really is dissapointing. I turned all my friends onto this product when they saw the dramatic difference under my eyes. Now I can’t recommend it anymore. PLEASE respond!
I really want some new lipsticksfor Fall. Please make a kit with four lipsticks again. I love the darker shades. Please make the 5 Essentials stronger with more Retinol. I love Chrystal Facets. Will buy these again if you put them up in a minute. Love your things always!

Adrienne, I love your products, they always deliver exactly what you say they will, and they Never disappoint. How about a hyaluronic hand cream that also includes vitamin K? Hyaluronic for plumping the wrinkles, and vitamin K to reduce the appearance of veins. I’m sure no one else could do it better! Thanks again for your wonderful line of products.

I am a 57 year old professional African American Woman (and gorgeous to boot! ) I have been watching and waiting to purchase more of your isk make-up in the TAN complexion for almost 2 years now – what has happened – are you no longer manufacuting this for TAN and DARK skin complexions any longer? Very disappointed :-(

This is so right on.. You have great products, but we darker skinned fans need your beautiful makeup too. I am huge fan of your Caviar No Transfer Makeup. I push it on the color. It is just a tad too light. It can be done in winter, but is not a good option in summer. The color stick and lipstick are fine. If we could have a darker transfer stick to choose, I would so appreciate it. I know that others would as well.

What has happen to the argan oil & henna makeup have worn it for a couple of years and loved it, this latest jar has left me orange and sticky, Please a reply Adrienne.
I don’t understand why you got us hooked on the Silicone Line Fill Makeup and then stopped supplying it, for the most part. It was the best foundation I’ve ever used! Please bring it back as a regular stock item! [and put it in a special "kit" now and then!]

Please consider making a Travel Kit containing a two-week supply of all your wonderful capsules – Anti-Dark Circle & Anti-Wrinkle Eye caps, Rapid Transport C caps, Argan Oil Night caps, Retinol Wrinkle Penetrating caps, Lip Plumper caps, Gold Rush brightening caps, etc., etc. How convenient it would be in a refillable cosmetic case with a pocket for each type of capsule. Please, Please, I’m begging you PLEASE, I so miss your Champagne and Caviar Body fragrance and the slicing bar of soap you used to have. Is there any way we could see these products again? Maybe a head to toe, bath and body kit with shampoo/conditioner, styling gel, slicing soap, body moisturizer, meltdown and body mist al scented with champagne and Caviar??? I have so many fragrances but none I love as much as how I remember loving this scent.

Adrienne, I can’t keep spending $100 on your mega-product kits just to get your moisturizing mousse cleanser!!! PLEASE OFFER IT SEPARATELY!!!!! I LOVE the Tears of Beauty moisturizing/line filling skin cream so much I don’t even care if it works!! Also love your hyaluronic day and night creams, and your lip plumpers. Adrien, I’ve been using your products for many years and I’m very pleased with the results. Unfortunately, I have a complaint about my last order of the S CLUB A RAPID TRANSPORT DBL KIT..the beautiful bag that came with it has such a strong chemical odor that the bag is not usable at all. In the reviews of this kit, many of your customers have the same complaint. Can you suggest what I can do to eleminate the odor? Would you consider exchanging the bag without having to returning the kit? TXS
Adrienne, I am wondering if you will ever be able to bring back the Caviar & Champagne (think it was Rich Girl) cologne. I turned 65 last month, & can honestly say I’ve never used a fragrance I loved as much as it. I have called SCA about it, & they said they didn’t know if you’d ever make it available again. Wow was just browsing your products and just as suddenly as the one cream solution disappeared I found it again. So why was my autoship of the double size cancelled?
Adrienne whatever happened to your mushroom night creme? My fiance and I both love it but all of a sudden my autoship got cancelled and the product went poof! Please bring it back or at least offer us an explanation. That’s the only cream I’ve found that moisturizes my combination skin without leaving it feeling oily and I am almost out of my last jar :(
Dear Adrienne, I posted a question earlier about a blush color from a Jet Tech Wet make-up kit. I found out from HSN customer service that in 2004 I purchased the “medium” shade of the Jet Tech Wet kit and it contained a creamy powder blush with aloe (a beautiful rose color). Do you still make this blush and can I purchase it separately? Can someone respond to me about this? Does anyone answer these emails? Thank you for your time.

I would like to see makeup for olive skin also. The wonam of clor cannot use your makeup in the medium shade. I havaae to give the makeup away because it is to light for my skin tone. You lleft out a lot of us as makeup cuastomers.
