Fall Update from Adrienne and Signature Club A
Hi Girlfriends,
Fall is here and the weather is beginning to change. Now is the time for you to adjust your skin care regimen to the cooler days ahead and correct any problems from too much summer sun. So check our products on the HSN site and watch our shows for help in choosing the products you need.
My daughter Lauren has been using our new Skin Illuminating Duo and is just so happy with the results that she is getting. The dark spots that she got from too much sun exposure (and not listening to her mother’s advice) are getting lighter and her skin tone is looking brighter and more even. Of course both she and I are dedicated users of our Rapid Transport C Infused line as well as our Platinum Electrocharged Collection. The Platinum targeted, site specific products work on both of our specific problem areas and help both of us achieve better looking skin. And now all my girlfriends are using it too.
I want to thank all our loyal customers who have been letting us know how much they enjoy watching our shows, using our products and how much younger they look. Suzie0429 told us that she is an educated skin care shopper and has done lots of research about “what is out there” and is totally loyal to Signature Club A and her skin shows the results. I have a question; Is the squalane used in some of SCA’s products plant or animal based?I hear you can get squalane from olives as well as from sharks. I would love to know the answer to this!! Happy holidays! Love, Leah

I was born with beautiful light light ash blonde hair-I’m
half Swedish and half Austrian.BUT (always a but) it is way off
the chart -the finest hair you can imagine and therefore always

Thank you so much for the skin care products you make. (And some of my favorite earrings are from you, as well). I am somewhat of a slave to the Vitamin C line and those Vit C capsules are little capsules of magic.
I am wondering if you plan to bring out a kit with the capsules in it (SOON, please!) that is skin care only and not makeup. The makeup colors are not quite right for my complexion, I just need the fantastic Vit C products. Thank you for such terrific products.

I truly love all of Adrienne’s products! Even the no transfer lip wands do work, you just have to let it dry enough!!! My face has never looked better. I have 4th stage breast cancer and have been on chemo for 2 yrs and it makes my skin really dry and Adrienne’s products really do the trick for me. Did you hear what the dermatologists said about Vitamin C on Dr Oz this past week? The audience acted like this was new and earth shattering news! They must not watch you! Thanks for keeping us ahead of the pack. You have been talking and selling Vitamin C in fresh capsules for years. Even my husband was amazed because he knows I have used your capsules and everything else you make for years. He thinks your products have done a great job and that I look great! I am 58 years old.

Love your Rapid c line. I also faithfully use your meltdowns. A while back I purchased a plumping kit which I loved. I have not used it in a while and I pulled it out again. I love, love, love the purple face plumper but I do not see it on your site anywhere. Can I still purchase this in a kit or alone?

I would like to confirm something you had noted about Argan oil; it really does balance the skin. My complexion is very combination; the dry areas are really dry, and the oily areas very oily. The Argan capsules and makeup remover pads are wonderful. Thank you so much!

I just received Signature Club A Age-Defying Star Products 5pc Collection and love all the products, however, the foundation in fair is WAY TOO ORANGE for a fair blonde like myself. In order to use it (as I do not want to return the whole order) I will have to mix it with another brand to lighten it. :( Would you PLEASE make a foundation that is a true porcelain/fair color? I love all the products from your line except for the foundation.

I love SCA! I need a plan for morning/night for my 64 old skin. So many products to choose so what would you recommend for a targeted routine. I have freckles everywhere, two sunspots on face/hands, thin skin mostly dry. Medium deep lines around eyes, forehead, upper lip, neck.

Now after watching the video again and not being able to reach the 888 number for Sig A…I still need instruction sorry to say. The Vit C cap comes first then the platinum cap? AND what about the day you do not use the C cap what comes first? Do you use the platinum caps everyday? What in this kit is for every night?

The C capsule are used every other day and so are the PLatinum capsules,so the day you use C capsules you would not use the Platinum Capsules. Use the C under your Day Cream and your Platinum Capsules under your night cream. The Platinum capsules should be used every night and you can put any night cream you presently use over them.
I hope this helps to clear up the confusion about what to use when. Write again if you need more clarification.

Been watching for years & finally decided to give the products a go! I went product CRAZY & bought 3 groups of products (knowing if I wasn’t satisfied, HSN would treat me right). I ordered that days “today special” (age-defying star products 5-piece collection), Rapid Transport C Infused Plump & Smooth Collection, and Stars of Day and Night. BLOWN AWAY! Hi Adrienne, I just received Signature Club A Age-Defying Star Products 5pc Collection today. I tried the primer and it is wonderful, but I cannot pump anything out of the foundation part. I have pumped and pumped for about 50 times. How do I get the foundation out? So bummed about this. Can anyone help me?

Please try and tap the bottle a few times in the palm of your hand and then try to pump out the foundation. If you still have a problem please send us a mailing address and we will send one to you.
I forgot… on your last today’s special what goes first? I am new again to your line. I got introduced to your Argan products from a friend and now have ordered a few times a few sets of them to keep them stocked. Now working on branching out with your line perhaps but I have no recall of which capsule goes on first. They took down the videos…Refresh please…

Hi . . I recently purchased as a kit the Secret C & Propolis Rapid Lift. Your demonstration showed amazing results and I was hooked. The instructions say ‘Pump into hand’. My container has no pump, only a wand like a nail polish bottle. I did not get even close to the results you did. Is there a defect in my container or should I still be getting the same effect? I’m thinking of returning this product, but want to give it my best shot. Please help!

You must have screwed off the outer cover and inner pump and saw the dip stick that helps the product come out through the pump. The outer shell just lifts off, do not unscrew the top. I think that may be what you did.

Dear Adrienne — I’vew been using your products for at least 10 years and have so many favorites! My mother had one of your in-person facials nearly 25 years ago and faithfully used your line until she passed at the age of 93…with beautiful skin.
My favorite line is now the Argan and I have a special request: PLEASE BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL ARGAN FOUNDATION IN THE JAR! I still have four jars that I hoarded because nothing makes the skin look more flawless than that makeup.Lots of love to you!
