Fall Transition
Dear Curations Viewers -
I can’t believe that it’s already almost the end of August – the summer has flown by!
The changing of the seasons is always transitional by nature but there is something about the last days of summer going into Fall that makes me want to reinvent myself and my wardrobe. The trends factor in too but don’t ultimately make up my decision of what I want to embody for the season – it’s more about a state of mind and wanting to project a certain feeling!
The key to transitional dressing for any season is accessories – they let you play with different textures, tones, color palettes and trends without committing to a total look. Accessories are especially important going from the steamy summer to the cooler days of Fall because they register the new season while still being temperature-appropriate. Here are my top 4 transitional pieces to get you started on the right foot for Fall!
1. Jewel-toned Statement Jewelry
The statement trend in jewelry is clearly here to stay. Summer was about bold metals and bright colors, but Fall calls for an update. Look for rich, jewel-toned pieces with an antique or vintage feel – they will add depth to your look and start you in the
right direction!
2. Printed Scarves
Scarves are a year-round staple for me and always a focal point of each Curations collection. A lightweight scarf is at home with a tank and jeans as it is with a blazer and sweater – so don’t be afraid to wear them even when its warm out!
3. An “It” Tote
“It” bags are no longer about being the most trendy or in fashion, they are about fitting your lifestyle. Function and fashion are equally important in a bag – a roomy tote with inner pockets keeps your essentials at hand and your daily needs contained.
4. A Fall Sunglass

I have SO many fashion pieces from Curations. I have just noticed the tags say, MADE IN USA. Rock on Stef with supporting the good ol’ USA. I’ll be getting more clothes of yours now that I know many are made in America.

Stephanie, i love your fashions. The only thing negative is I want everything. It seems like you have to buy all the accessories to go with one another to get the right look. Your things are real fun and chick and i purchased alot of your items. Keep the great work up and I am looking forward to your next visit.
GREAT LINE, HOWEVER DUE TO THE ECONOMY WAY OVER PRICED FOR THE AVERAGE WOMAN. FOR EXAMPLE, THE SEQUIN BLACK TOP SHOWED EARLIER, I WOULD HAVE PAID $160.00 FOR IT, BUT $269.00??? TOO MUCH. AND I HAVE SPENT MUCH MONEY ON MY WAREDROBE OVER THE YEARS, THOUSANDS!!!!!
I don’t understand why the last three posts are complaining about price. I have seen some of the other stuff in the mall in stores like bebe and topshop and the prices are way higher than curations. YES I am sure you could get cheaper things at TJ maxx but you are buying last season’s rejects that no one bought. Curations is on trend and magazines are using their items in editorials. You are comparing apples and oranges. Sorry i had to say something.

What a line of fashion & accessories. I buy a lot of your fashions. I get stopped in airports & everywhere I go. Where did you get that? I get good stares from women & men. Stefani, I agree with alot of the folks who wrote,Love your style but way over priced. like the today special 49.00 dollars for a scraf, then you have to get the hat and pay fur that too. You should of offered 49.00 for the both of them. I hope you will lower your price’Thank-you
Stephanie, I like your items but I truly resent your prices. I almost feel that it’s greedy
for what you are charging compared to comparable lines on hsn. I won’t be buying any of your

The Jacket on the model …its not in the collection pieces. Why where it when we can’t get it.

your items are very cheaply made and overpriced. Perhaps it’s the made in China syndrome that so many designers are falling in line with, but you’ve got to give us quality or we can go to TJMaxx and beat what you’re selling. It’s very disappointing.
I purchased the white Jelly watch around March after a few months i noticed it started to turn an off white color. I have tried to clean it and it is no LONGER WHITE it is a ugly yellowish tone white? Is this normal for your watches? At this time i no longer where it.

I purchased the Model Bag in White, tonight I went to use it for the first time and when I opened up the inside pocket the seems were not sewn up. Anything I put in the pocket fell thru the lining to the bottom of the purse. Curations is pricy for some of us hrly workers, so when I purchase a high ticket item I would like it to be perfect. Quality control let this slip by and item is sold out so I cannot exchange. What do you suggest I do, send back and pay shipping and handling?

I was wondering if you are going to sell the coat (with hood) on your home page? I tried to watch all of your shows but missed some of them. Are you going to sell this coat or is it false advertising? Please let me know.
I am so tired of these watches. How many of these watches can they sell? The bands are very cheap. I did love the faux fur weekender though.

I have never written about anything I have bought from anyone. If I like it, I keep it; if I don’t, I usually give it away or if it is expensive, I send it back. That being said, I must congratulate you on the Never Looked So Good pants (leggings). Surely, they seem like something bought off the Economy of Europe. I bought the Brown as well as the Charcoal and would have re-ordered the Black had they been available. Keep more items like that coming and I will continue to shop.
