Jennifer, I’ve used your products for years and love both them and you, but, sadly, SSC has become too expensive for me w/out special kits. I realized this evening that the Philosophy and kits are available, priced well, and will sell out fast, so I went there this year. Please try to find a way to do good kits again and Beauty Books. I purchased the super creamerum (2oz) for the 1st time. The creamerum for the eye is no longer available. My question is, WHAT COLOR SHOULD THE CREAM ITSELF BE? This a light brown or tanish color. I thought the cream would be white like replicate and renew although its not as thick. I’ve researched videos on youtube but you never show the cream in the tube only the body cream. Please help, I dont want to use it until I know its safe but Im anxious to get started and there is no expiration date.

Jennifer… I have been using SSC for almost 15 years and love your products..especially the Glycolic Cleanser, Dri Lo…but now that I am in my early 40’s (still mistaken by many for late 20’s) I could use some help with minor hyper-pigmentation… I have used some of your other fading products with minimum results… Please bring back the Fading Fluid! that was a miracle in a bottle!

I have been a huge SSC fan since you first came to hsn many years ago and love your products. I would love to know if someone can tell me exactly what items are being discontinued? I’m not on facebook but I’ve heard rumors that the following are discontinued: A cream, A serum, Emu Aloe Cream, Acne line, Glucosomine line? Would love to see Clarify in a kit, more skin aid kits, where were the surprise boxes for halloween? Please bring back the value kits and the acne products. Thank you.

I’m a bit frustrated .. previously I was ordering SSC’s light/medium foundation, however, I can no longer find it. I’ve ordered the firming foundation in tan, but it’s way too dark for me.

Brush heads will be coming soon(I contacted the company)so hold tight, I LOVE this sonic cleansing tool! I had just purchased one from another shopping channel, the price was the same, it works great, so now I have 2. I like this SSC sonic tool better because it has a good feel in your hand, and its cute. Pink would be cute too!!

Just went on SSC web site and, kinda unhappy to learn the price of the replacement brushes. For 1 it’s 20.00,plus 6.95 to ship, for 2, it’s 35.00, plus 7.95. That’s 42.95, for 2 brush heads, this might be a deal breaker for me. Will hate to send back because I really like this sonic tool. I have another sonic tool that I purchased a few weeks befor I saw this one, and the brush heads are about half in price, and equal in quality and overall performance, so I’ll be sittin on the fence!
LOVE LOVE ur products! PLEASE PLEASE bring back Vitamin A kits. They have made such a difference for my skin. I am 38 and my teen students say I look as if I am in my 20’s. I wanted to tell ur hubby this summer about how much I love SSC when he came to our town for the Boxing Hall of Fame parade, but he was a little busy with the boyz…lol

Love your products. My skin looks awesome far younger then my actual age. The products work like magic for me! Way beyond the age of acne but I do have a small break-out from time to time. A tiny dot of Dry Low on the pore removes the problem in hours or less. Please tell me where I may find Dry Low? Have you tried FIRMA-FACE or InstA-tox? Also the Reverse Lift line is recommended.
jen bring back the great kits that started it all we are all fans of them and miss them everything is all piecemeal put togethers ill use one product out of the group and not use the others waste of money may finally have to go retail after 15 plus years so sad
dear jennifer i have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. I used to so look forward to you wonderful all inclusive kits like the c and a and olive oil kits you received everything you needed in each kit so you could rotate them’i havent been able to get a decent c kit in over a year.serum, cleanser, moisturizer,daily cream in tube with spf and either jar of skin cream or moisture cushion. please bring back good kits that got us hooked from the beginning

I picked up the Seramins – what a bargain! LOVE that product, I hope it has not been discontinued.
I have used the Glycolic cleanser for years, and InstA-Tox and the amazing Firm-A-face each morning. I have a ton of SSC products, as they are best-in-class.
I bet there are a LOT of guy’s who use your products, but are a bit shy!

Sorry to learn that the Emu Aloe Cream is being discontinued, I always loved that moisturizer. Thankfully you still have the Glucosamine line, because I rely on it for my sensitive skin, love the Reverse Line and in combination with Correc-chin. Hydrapixel is a great makeup base for me. please bring skin aid kits back and add Clarifying Treatment some of us can’t use Clearz-it. Love dry lo, Glycolic Cleanser, Olive line is incredible. I’m missing the Halloween boxes, always loved them. Thank you
I have used so many of your products for years and really enjoy your line. Recently, I have had two autoships cancelled due to lack of availability: the probiotic balancing mask and the Profirm foundation in the light shade. I had to order the foundation directly from SSC at a higher cost and increased shipping. Please bring this back to HSN. Also, I have used the Vitamin C cleanser in the past, but am going to have to cancel my autoship because I cannot tolerate the esters. So sad! Thanks!
Are we able to add glycolic cleanser to the special head in the new sonic brush system or is it just made for the ultra sonic cleanser it comes with?
I was wondering the same thing….because using SSC’s other cleansers in this system was not mentioned, I didn’t purchase it.

I no we are all looking for our fav, product. so here is mine well my daughters,,, I have been giving her the B bronze now for her bday for a few years but I have not been able to reach anyone in the company or hsn that has been able to help me get it ???? Is it all done ? I hope not . She does not want the B Glow althow I love it she loves the B BRONZE so Help>!!! thankyou be waiting to hear form some one .

I absolutely love two of your products that I have recently “discovered,” but I have not been able to find them available for purchase. What happened to the A-Force XR Double Strength Retinol Serum Concentrate in the dropper bottle and the 4 Million IU A Cream XR? Are they going to be available? HELP!!!!
I love your kits that include A-force serum and A-eye. Recently there have not been any kits to choose from that include the A line. Please continue with these types of promotions.
