For this week’s Fall Fashion Report I decided to interview one of HSN’s style setters, Laurie Feltheimer from Hot in Hollywood about what she loves about fall and how her fabulous summer was…
LW: What do you love most about fall?
LF: I love cool, crisp sunny days. I love cozy family dinners with freshly-bathed children. And I love all the fall fashions – cozy sweaters, blazers, boots and jeans!
LW: What were you inspired by for this Hot in Hollywood Fall Collection?
LF: The casual, cool jeans and boots look that we saw on Reese Witherspoon and Eva Longoria were beyond inspirational. I dreamt of cool fall days wearing that outfit, and now it’s almost here!
LW: What are some of your favorite pieces from September’s collection?
LF: I love, love, love the scrunchy boot! They’re high enough to be stylish, yet stable enough for Sunday strolls in the park. We’ve also refitted our Virtual Stretch jeans, and they are now absolute perfection!
LW: What will you miss most about the summer?
LF: I’ll miss summer vacations… This year we went to Africa, Europe, Martha’s Vineyard and Maine. We had so much fun!

Hi Laurie, Do you know if there is any Polka Dot apparel in the new fashion’s for fall? I would love to see a dress, ankle length or above the knee, large print polka dots, black with white – Brown with cream – Red with white, etc. One of the actresses for Help was featured wearing a brown dress with large polka dots and it was ankle length, and beautiful, Thanks, Priscilla
Hi Laurie! I can hardly wait to see your new fall collection. I’m not kidding. I think I see a two toned trench style coat that I am just dying to buy. One is black, with grey in the middle and a tie belt. The other is in blue. I want the black. I think they are part of your collection. Please let me know if I am wrong. Eagerly awaiting.
