I want to thank all of you for making our big 15th Anniversary event such a huge success. It is so gratifying that after all these years, hundreds and thousands are enjoying the benefits of Serious Skin Care. Each month, we welcome hundreds of NEW clients to the line and we look forward to helping them through their skin care concerns.
Usually, after our big Anniversary event, we have about 7 weeks to regroup and make the trip back to HSN in Florida for our June visit. Although May is always a busy month for planning, without an HSN trip scheduled, our group usually enjoys a more manageable pace.

A while back I bought a kit which included Lip Sticks, Lip glosses and a lip primer. I used up my lip primer and would love more. Can’t find it or the kit listed at HSN. Is it available?
I have tried several kits and loved most. My skin has a mind of it’s own. I am now using the Eyetality. Overall, I have had good results, not too much eye burning. I am also using the C cleanser and kit, which I love. my question is, how can you become a SSC tester? I would love to help in testing these products and help other women in their beauty task. That would be a dream come true. I would also be able to save money knowing what products did not work for my own face and sensitive eyes.

First of all I love your products and I use something from each line. Love the Eyetality. How should I use this with your other eye creams or should I just use this one alone?
I also found your 30% coupon to be deceptive and was told I could use it and then that I couldn’t. The honorable thing to do is honor it for what it said, $50 total purchase. I actually have started trying another line of products because of this deception. I hope this is made right. Thanks!
I love all of serious skin care the glycolic cleanser changed my skin! Hey fellow shoppers If you love self tanner I noticed HSN is out of Tan Secret for the summer, But I was excited when I found it on Toni Brattin’s official website. I would like to know what kind of brush Jennifer suggests to use when applying the pro minerals loose mineral concealer? I don’t see any brushes she sells for this. I guess I can use any of mt brushes from bare minerals.

I recieved the surprize box last month, and in it was the A cream cleanser. I opened it last week, because I finished the cleanser I was using. It has a very bad smell to it like rotten food. My question is, is it supposed to smell like that? I looked and theres no experation date on it, nor is there an experation date on any of my products. What is the shelf life on the products?

The shelf life of our products is two years unopened and one year opened.
I hope that someone can help me make good choices. I am 61 and my skin, in the past 2 years, has gotten really bad.
I have enlarged pores in places, deep wrinkles in nose to chin area, eye lids are sagging and I have a bad discoloration on my neck (as well as the usual neck problems of those my age…sag, sag, sag). My skin is not dry but I do have fine lines and wrinkles,too.
SSC has so many products from which to chose and I have so many things going on that I’d appreciated recommendations.

Thank you for coming to us, we have some suggestions for you. FIRMAFACE, for firming and helping to reduce the size of your enlarged pores. NanoFil and NanoSeal topical collagen duo for the deep wrinkles, Skin Candescence for the discoloration, and you need a good everyday moisturizer with SPF. We would suggest you look at regimens in our Olive Oil or C No Wrinkle lines and add an antioxidant such as Super Mel C. You will benefit from the new Eyetality products too.
regarding the firmaface. I received the super anniversary kit and follow the regiman in the order of steps provided. But the firmaface says to add to a dry, cleansed face. On the air I thought it was said that could all work together, however when you splash the firmaface, the other things come off as well. But I dont’ think they can be used in reverse starting with firmaface…Help!!
My comment is more of a request, Will you be offering the 4 piece resveratrol kit on autoship in the future? I have been using this kit for about 2 weeks and love what it has done for the appearance of my skin.
Have you thought of making and eye cream in this line? I think it would be a big hit.

Hi Jennifer, I have been using your products for over 10 years and love them all! I am 37 years old and allergic to the sun. After a while of being out in it I get sun bumps and sometimes blisters (even wearing sunscreen). I am looking for a cream that will help with the sun damage on my arms and chest and maybe even heal the sun bumps quicker…something luxurious would be great! What do you recommend? Thanks~

I received my resveratral 4 piece kit today and love the products ALTHOUGH, the pump on the serum did not work and I had to switch one off of my super mel c pump in order to get the serum out. Please put this in a squeezable tube as you are doing all the other items you have. It would take 2 weeks to send this kit back and replace it with another and I do not want my skin not to have these products on them while I am waiting for another kit. Thanks.

I am a huge fan of your products!! I would like to know if you plan on putting the Replicate and Renew Shampoo & Conditioner on auto ship in the future? Love, love, love them!!! I have the kit with the spray but don’t need it since I have really thick hair.
Also, could I suggest putting a kit with just the Liquid Laser and Post Laser together? I love these two products, can’t use the face laser as it burns my skin, but the liquid laser is wonderful for my arms and legs!!

I love the Bella Rose ProMinerals make-up line, especially your color collections. My request: Please make the colors available for purchase individually. Bought a colors of the summer kit, loved the Monte Carlo and Golden Rain lipstick and gloss. I would like to purchase more, but I don’t need/want to buy the entire $74 kit just to get the lip color. You could sell more product if the “kit” colors were made available year-round. I’d end up spending $74 on lip color if available

First of all, speak to your doctor about what you are permitted to use. We always suggest the basics first: a good cleanser, facial moisturizer, and eye cream.

Hi Jennifer…I am so excited to try the new Eyetality and the Resveratrol Intense,I have been with you from the very start! FYI, I tried to use the 30% multi-use coupon good 6/1 – 7/31 for the next purchase of Serious Skin Care of 50.00 or more and it would not except it. Customer Service said that was 50.00 “per item” but that is “not” what the coupon said. They admitted it was deceptive but would still not allow it! Not good customer service on their part. Just thought you should know.

I called about the coupon, too. I was told by one representative that it was a single use coupon. I was also told that it was good for $50 TOTAL, not for individual items. The rep stated that I could purchase as many items as I wanted, and as long as the total together exceeded $50, I could use the coupon. I called again later on and was told something completely different by another rep. She said it was a multi use coupon. So confusing and deceptive…

I use the glycolic face wash and moisturizer, but perhaps I should be trying something else. Any suggestions? I don’t have acne.
