Exciting News for February: Glam Offerings from Signature Club A

Now that it is a new year, I am looking forward to sharing all the new and exciting offerings that my Signature Club A team and I have planned for 2012. I recently returned from a trip to Europe, where I visited the finest European cosmetic laboratories, spas and salons. February at HSN is The Insider NY event and as you probably know, I am a New York insider. Adrienne, don’t know if you will receive this email, however, I purchased a “c” kit from your line in December. I absolutely love your products. But, one of the ounce of gold moisturizers smelled really rancid. The expiration date was 7/2013, but it smelled so horrible, I just couldn’t use it. Is there any way I can get a replacement jar of that particular product? This has never happened to me before. I would like to purchase more, but am leary now.
I to got a Rancid “Ounceof Gold” but it had brownish gold flecks on top. It smelled like old sunscreen!

I love watching Adrienne. I was wondering if there is a product or products that are similar to the Crystal Facet line she had several years ago. They were great and gave such a subtle glow to the skin.
I recently discovered Adriene and was impressed with the Argan Oil line and was really informed. I bought the “carry along” and
5 essential 2 for 1 moisture cream. My question is: regarding the
argan oil make up remover pads (30 in the blue jar).What do you
do after your face is hydrated with the oil? Do you remove it to
move on to the next step with the capsules? My face already feels
fully hydraded (I have dry skin,48) after applying the cleansing
pads. consfused in Iowa.

The cleansing pads remove dirt and pollution. After you use one you can apply your day cream or night capsules. The Day cream not only moisturizes your skin but also protects your skin against the damaging rays of the sun and the Night Capsules provide intense moisturization while you sleep which is the best time for skin renewal.

I enjoyed your show yesterday I like that you use real woman to showcase your makeup. I am 58 years young and have never worn makeup……………….my skin is very sensitive ( especially around the eye area ) I also have broken capillaries I have yet to find a makeup I could wear and not be be irritated. Let’s face it I dought I am the only one with this problem. Please create a makeup that we can wear! I work in a law office and would like to look more polished….Help!

Love your products and have used them for many years. SCA used to offer a no-transfer eye shadow in a semi-liquid form with a wand. Truly, this eye shadow lasted all day, didn’t settle in eye folds, didn’t run. The best EVER. I haven’t been able to find it. Please, please, please bring this product back!

I so wish Adrienne would bring back some of the products she used to have. I loved the liquid blush, the eye liquid that you lift the eye, and the Morning Pearl that made your face really glow. I used her products when she was just Adrienne not Signature Club but things changed and I backed off.

I really like the 5 essentials line. It works well and has very practical “piggyback” packaging that I really like. I purchased a kit that had the three concealers,the meltdown,the make-up,mascara,eyeliner,lipstick,lipliner. Everything you need. But that is what I don’t like about purchasing these types of lines …you can’t get the same thing twice…if I purchase something and want to buy again..I have to take whatever the flavor of the day is. No thanks!

I adore your products. I am 63 with very sensitive skin and use your Vitamin C and argonne products. I use the Vit C & Silicone Line Fill Foundation in shade #2. I can’t find it anywhere on HSN. Please bring it back. The hyaluronic and breathable does not work for me. People think I’m much younger because of your products. I’m also missing the primer! Keep up the good work.

I have used SCA products for many years, and especially enjoy the rapid c and argan products. One product I love that I haven’t been able to find lately is the Precious Moroccan Argan Oil and Henna Bronzing Powder. This bronzer is absolutely the best one I have ever used. It doesn’t look fake, sparkly, or give the skin that almost dirty look that many bronzers do. It’s absolutely perfect. Please, please let me know you are not discontinuing the best bronzer ever!

Thanks for your response..sadly, it sounds like I will need to look for a new bronzer. I have tried the Nefertiti Bronzer but I find it has too much shine/sparkle for my mature skin, something I did not have to deal with using the Argan/Henna Bronzer I loved.
Not everyone will take the time to complain. They’ll just go in a different direction. I can’t believe that I’m the only person this happens to if it has happened to every purchase that I have made with the products in a compact container. Being penny wise and pound foolish is just that……..foolish. I’m dissapointed in Adriene.

We’re very sorry you feel that way. While we understand not everyone takes the time to complain, these compacts pass all levels of quality control testing, from our manufacturer, from us and from HSN.
Would you like me to send you pictures of the compacts that I have left? Both of them are broken at the hinge. I threw out 3 others after I scraped the makeup out of them and put in a jar. Your testers must be blind………Look at my order history. EVERY SINGLE ITEM that came in a compact broke at the hinge. I’m not asking for anything free from you. Just face your reality and fix your problem.

I have been using the makeup for over 40 and I can’t find it anymore!!!! At least it’s not called that anymore. Can you tell me which one is the same formula as the For Over 40 makeup??? I love it & it’s the only thing i’ve used that doesn’t make bumps on my 64 yr old skin! Love your jewelry too! Thanks for any help you can give me.

That makeup is currently only available in larger C kits. It is in both #153-335 & 143-819. Hope that helps!

I have amassed a huge amount of Adrienne’s products. I get hooked on the great deals and the bags that come with them. Consequently, I have a LOT that has not been used or opened, including the capsules. Do they a expiration date, or should toss and start over?

Generally products have a 2 year shelf life, even unopened. If you’ve had something longer than that, we would recommend you not use it.
Does anyone know if Adrienne’s products expire. I get hooked on the great deal and the bags that go with them that I’ve accumulated a huge amount of products. Most have never been opened. I also have a ton of the capsules. Should I toss and start over, or will they be okay to use.
I received my Signature Club A, The Ultimate Capsule Collection: 24 Hour Total Encapsulated Skin Care kit. I’m anxious to begin using the products and realize they need to be applied to clean skin. Are there any special steps as to the application of the treatments? Can they be applied in any order, or are they best used in a particular sequence? For instance, should the Anti-Dark Circle be applied on top of Retinol, Rapid Transport C, and Platinum ElectroCharged Skin Support, or does it matter?
A day later,I’m rereading the literature that was enclosed in the box. The directions are MUCH clearer to me this time around.
Retinol Wrinkle Penetrating capsules and the Rapid Transport C Infused High Potent-C Anti-Wrinkle capsules are used alternating days on a clean dry face BEFORE your daytime moisturizer. Also apply half the capsule of lip plumping treatment.
At night,use Platinum ElectroCharged Skin Support, Anti-Dark Circle, Precious Moroccan Argan Oil and the other half of lip plumper.

I have mature skin, 53 years old, starting to wrinkle. Puffy/Red Face. What line should I start with??? Any help would be appreciated. I do have very occasional breakouts, itchy around the nose area., but mostly dry/sensitive skin.Should I go argon oil or vitamin C???

I have been using Signature Club A for almost 20 years (even before it was Signature Club A!). It has always been a great product for a great price. One question: I use 5 Essentials every day. I just got a new kit that contains Morning Pearl Cream and Wrinkle Filament Fiber Fill & Firm. Do I use all of them, and if so, in what order would I apply them?
I am a 62 year old cancer survivor (six years); I depended on 5 Essentials to help my skin; I wasn’t disappointed. Thanks!

You can use your 5 Essentials eye cream both morning and night with those other two products. But maybe try using the Morning Pearl Creme for day, and the 5 Essentials for night. The Wrinkle Filament is more of a primer that you can use over your day cream either alone or under makeup. Hope that helps! If you find your skin needs extra moisture during the day, you can layer the 5 essentials under the Morning Pearl Creme.
