  • I love my DG2 Jeans, but lately I’ve been really bothered by the glaring disconnect when you tell us baby boomers we’re who you are designing for,yet we only get to see the clothes on tall 20-30something models? We hear baby boomers call in who have 50+ pair of DG2 jeans in their collection; why not have them model your clothes? What a wonderful way to say thank you to your fabulous DG2 collectors while showing the rest of the baby boomer viewers how they can really look in our DG2 Jeans.

I love all my DG2 jeans, I can order the same size and they are perfect, until recently. Why do the womens sizes no longer have the extra elastic at the waist? I am a baby boomer with extra in the middle. Now your jeans don’t fit. I have bragged about them for years but have sent three pair back. Today I am returning item 954170 (4th pair) This jean is low in the back and does not have the elastic. PLEASE return the elastic so I can start buying DG2 jeans again. Thanks, Pennie

Diane, you left out the Fit & Flare Girls when it came to your anniversary Jeans. Just love the Tie Dye Jackets, wanted Pink Jeans to match, I’m crying, are you ever doing matching colors for us? Had my knee operated on, now that I’m healed nothing else fits but Fit & Flare and I want More Fit & Flare in pastel colors….Help!!! Love You, Aloha Elizabeth

I am desperate for item #247-795 in white in 2x, please have some more, I have been on waitlist since April and time is running out, I have the black and the denim, and crazy about both of them, thank you, you are the best

  • Inka46 says:

please, please, please bring back, make more of your trophy jcket i want the 2x in white, together with a gazillion other people, item #247-795, thank you, thank you

  • IIagal says:

Would you ever consider making a pull on style pant in tall womens sizes? My normal size is 16T and pull on styles are rare. I see a trend of diminishing tall sizes and can’t figure out why this is happening. I am referring to casual, pull on because they are very comfortable and not every woman can wear a set in waistband as they aren’t as forgiving!!! Thanks

  • garnet49 says:

DANG!!!! Skinny jeans!!!! Gotta be the best jeans I’ve ever had on. Wow, what an amazing fit, fantastic on and looks like they were personally made just for you. Normally I wear a 12T, but ordered a 10T – fits sooooo perfect. Need more colors in the skinny jeans. To anyone thinking about getting Diane’s jeans, think no longer just do it and you’ll be saying “Whoo Hoo” too. Great job Diane!

  • cocanilla says:

I finally bought some of the petites in the cropped and bootcut and skinny jeans and was very pleased with them! One thing on the petites, they could be just a little bit shorter. I am 5′1 and they are still too long on me, but love how they fit and they are so comfortable! Love the colors too! Just wish they were not as expensive as they are, because I would love to have had more of your clothes. I am on a fixed income and I am disabled and it makes it hard. Try to shorten the petites some.

    • jamie59 says:

I purchase the skinny jeans and the Boot Cut jeans, I just fell in love with the boot cut jeans. For once I don’t have to do anything to my jeans the lenght was great especially for my heels and I don’t have to take them in from the sides. Just obsoutly wonderful great jeans.

    • Patt41 says:

I, too, am a great fan of DG2 and have several pairs of these jeans. I totally agree with your blog. The petites are a little long and would fit us petites much better if they were a little shorter. I am also on a fixed income and would buy more jeans on a regular basis if even flex pay was offered more often on all jeans. Hope Diane keeps on keeping on. Don’t know what we did before her wonderful jeans!!!

      Anne

Diane — This is my first time purchasing DG2, and I received both the white boot cut jeans and chambray crop pants yesterday. Where the cuff is on the crop pants are like way too wide. Is there a way I can get them to fit to my calf or do I have to send them back and order a different size or what?? Susan

  • Luv2eshop says:

Received the boot cut jean yesterday (first time buyer of DG). When I tried them on, they felt grrreat! Diane, I only ask one thing of you. I know that you have been making your jeans for a long time and your tall length has been consistent at 34 inches. Pleeease create a 35 to 35 1/2 inch length in your boot cut if you can. I had to roll your boot cut jean to a cute cuff fit for the summer since 34 in is still too short for me, but love the fit. Don’t forget about us extra tall gals! :-)

  • mimi2644 says:

Love your things so much! I have been with you since the days of all the beautiful silks. But I am not going to be able to stay with you if you don’t make a smaller size than the 2. I keep loosing weight and love your styles, comfort etc. but they are just too big. I have read on the blogs where many are asking too. Please girl start with a smaller size. I was on the phone the minute hit the air and ordered every color in 2 and just had a big cry when I opened too big Please smaller size.

  • roswell1 says:

I am a somewhat formal kind of chick and am really, really missing trousers. I own several pairs of jeans, but they just aren’t appropriate for most of occasions I attend. Since I’m a size 6 tall, your slacks are the only brand I buy any more–but it’s been a long time since I’ve seen trousers. I had truly hoped for white slacks for the summer.

  • suzy1955 says:

    Dear Diane
I have bought several sizes Cant get the right one I usually wear a 14 petite But I have no rear or thighs so the fabric bulks in the front I even went as far as a size 10 and can still wear them but still the bulk What do you suggest ?????

And thankyou so much for my new items I have brought. Can’t wait till I get them.
I heard you say that you have strict quality control. I believe that, every item I have brought DG they come to me so perfect! The fit,the color and style is perfect. I am blown away whenever I open up your designs. Your new styles are over the top! I am so lucky that I found you and you have changed my life! Thankyou,Thankyou!
    Lou,

  • lovestoteach says:

I have to say that the reason Diane’s petites work for me is that the rise has not been shortened. We are all built so differently! I have short legs, too! And yes, long torso.
Here’s a few other things I would love, but probably would only work for short people… 1) Cargo short and pants in the vintage “roll-up” style so could vary the length 2)tops that have short enough sleeves and are a balanced length for a petite.3)A 27 inch inseam jean. A girl CAN dream, right?

  • skinney says:

Love all your clothes.I have many.Juut bought more for your 16th on the 15th.I would love to talk to you about something I bought last spring, because Inever got to wear those pretty pale color yellow spring jeans.I washed them on delecite cycle first and the whole waistband was all shreaded. I called HSN ,but it had been over thirty days.I still have them.Never been worn. I would love for you to see them.I didn’t know how to get in touch with you.

    Thanks skinney

  • spawlick says:

    Hi Diane,
I can’t buy the DG2 jeans because I wear a 26 tall. I would buy them and try them if they came in a 26 tall.

Reason why I am writing…..I saw a jacket in the VIP Access regarding May 15. The jacket was a lime green animal print with blue buttons. It was a jean jacket style jacket. I watched and onlined all day waiting for the jacket…..and nothing……..how come? Will you be offering the jacket in the VIP Access ad? Why did you not have it on May 15th?

    thanks

  • JRinGA says:

I am also with you on more petites! Would petite tops be possible?Your pants are so wonderful a top with the correct proportions would be so appreciated. Bought the DG2 jeans and would love to have the matching tunic but 30 inches would be much too long for a 5′1″ frame. For us older and shorter girls we have 2 choices in fashion….the granny look or the teen age girl look…….Help!

    • lovestoteach says:

JRinGA: I’m with ya on this one! My feelings exactly! Diane,I ordered the hoodie on waitlist in pink (cotton)! REALLY HOPE I GET IT! WILL WORK, I THINK! Also, ordered the blue tye-dye crops probably perfect length for my short legs. But only blue avail. Jean jackets are too cumbersome for my shortness and job. 5′1″ Love you and your fashions for us 50 somethings!

  • sharac says:

You have given me a sexy body!! Am 54 years old and for three decades I only wore suits to work–that was my entire wardrobe. But now am retired and found your jeans. Just returned from a tropical cruise and I felt like the sexiest person on the dance floor even though I was dancing with my two-year-old granddaughter in my arms. We even made the cruise’s film highlights! I owe your jeans that were cropped to fit in boots as my cropped jeans on that cruise–even that worked wonderfully. Thx.

  • Shorty51 says:

Love the jeans so much they are the only brand I buy, not easy to find a petite that is really a petite. My only wish would be to also be able to look as good in the cropped jeans! Would absolutely love to be able to get a petite in them so they are the right length and not look like we are wearing high waters! What do you think Diane? Sound like something that might be possible to do?????

    • LADYLOVE says:

I agree with Shorty 51. When I purchase the cropped jeans, I have to order an 8 because they’re not petites and not proportioned like the skinny or bootcuts for petites. Sometimes they don’t look right since they’re regulars. The fit in the crotch is not right. It’s too long. I really love the DG2 jeans in petite and I would like to have tops also in a petite. The latest collection was beautiful. I bought several things today.
      Happy Anniversary Diane!

    • MSCHVOUS says:

I can’t agree more Shorty51!! I don’t agree that crops fit no matter your height…you look dummpy, especially if you’re a a plus size! How about it Diane…petite crops, tops & tunics? And how about some short sleeves? Too hot in the late spring/summer for long sleeves! Would love to be able to have a total DG2 wardrobe, knowing I have fit, quality and style. Thanks for “listening”.

  • cupcake205 says:

I love the style of you jeans, I have trouble with the back they gap on me. I am a size 16 what cut should I buy? they dont fit around the waste in the back, I have to have them shortened to. Thank you. loretta

  • Diane, love the jeans, but would like to see your trousers again. I have several pair wirh blazers from a couple of years ago. Are you going to bring that line back? They are perfect for work all year round here in Georgia.

  • Sanni says:

Diane, love your Bootcut jeans and dissappointed to see you are not offering that pretty yellow in a bootcut. Just don’t care for all the paint, bling, zippers, patches, etc. PLEASE, more pretty colors in a bootcut!!!

  • SPIRITDANCER says:

    Diane,

Love your jeans and everywhere I wear them I am asked where did I get them! Of course, I tell them. Why should I be the only one that looks great in your jeans. However, I need your help. In September I purchased your Black Denim Jacket with mental closures and when I wore it for the first time one of the closures broke off! HNS can’t help me with repair or return since I’ve had it for several months. How can I have it repaired? Where can I send it?

  • bestdressed says:

Diane Congrats on your 16th anniversary! I’ve been with you since the beginning. I love your jeans (& jackets) and would like to see some variations with designer type jean fabrics with larger back pocket details. Also love the skinny jeans maybe longer inseam on the Talls. I always buy your new designs tie dye, distressed, biker etc. Love a little embellshment..but not too much glitz. Love you & your designs..You are a genius! We’re not getting older..we are getting better!
