Crafts with Jinger: From the Kitchen Recipe Book
Hi Friends,
It’s me Jinger with another great craft idea, but this one is for you to use in the kitchen. I had a sweet craving and I was in the mood to make my famous “Holiday Crunch”. But I had to search for the recipe and once I found it, it was all stained and hard to read. So, I immediately thought of a solution to my problem. The Yourstory book binder and laminator product from Provo Craft!
Did you know that you can create your own professional albums in a snap? With this book binder tool, I was able to create my very own personalized recipe book. I included all of my families’ favorite recipes that have been passed on from generation to generation. And I had to add a crafty touch to it by cutting out images with the Cricut using the “From the Kitchen” cartridge. Once my mom and other family members caught sight of it, they naturally wanted one for themselves as well.
Recipe books make for great gift ideas. And remember, you don’t have to stop at recipe books. You can create any kind of book you would like to such as; baby brag books, graduation books, wedding guest books, wedding picture books, vacation books, birthday books, scrapbook albums, holiday books, book reports and so much more.
I used the YourStory Photo machine for my project, but Provo Craft also makes a larger YourStory Book Binder and Laminating machine that you can even laminate your pages before you bind them. And the binders come in a selection of sizes.
I hope this inspires you like it did me and let me know the fun projects you make with it. Happy book binding!
Much Love,
Jinger
P.S. Watch HSN April 26th 1am, 7am,4pm,7pm to see the live demo of the Yourstory book binding machine that comes in a fantastic bundle with binders and laminating sheets. You are going to love this tool!
