Have you ever noticed that the color of your jewelry can affect your mood?
For years color psychologists have studied the effect of colors on our emotions….Even if we’re not aware of the impact – colors affect us every day! Caribbean blue topaz can immediately take me to a favorite beach on Green Turtle Island in the Bahamas. Turquoise takes me back to majestic Santa Fe New Mexico (I start craving chips and guacamole)! Green emeralds evoke the feeling of walking barefoot in soft, fresh cut grass. Golden Citrine reminds me of “sweater weather” and the glorious changing fall leaves in my home state of Minnesota.

Sorry I’ve fallen behind in answering your questions….it’s been a busy summer!
First of all, many of you are asking about our Prestige Anti-tarnish boxes…We hear you!
We are presently working on several new designs (including larger, multi drawer boxes) and we will be introducing new colors as well as continuing to feature the classic favorites. The cuff box will be here on August 30 (our big Designer Jewelry Gallery Day!). The new earring box will also be introduced Aug. 30th. My “box team” does read all of your feedback. We are planning on having a better selection of boxes in stock on HSN.com in the upcoming months. Thanks for all your requests, suggestions and comments – we’re listening!
For all the “Pearl Girls” – Many of you are wondering about my “giant” pearl necklace and matching earrings…These are coming to HSN in November as part of My Favorite Things! They’re very bold, but extremely light and comfortable to wear…stay tuned!
I’ve had several requests for my sequined sweater jacket – I have good news! This sweater jacket is a personal favorite of mine – our fashion buyers have decided to make it a Today’s Special for Fall Fashion Week! I’m very excited to bring you this gorgeous jacket in 4 stunning colors – black, platinum, bronze and rose. Skin Care: Several of you have asked about my favorite skin care products…..As you can imagine, I have many faves as we sell such an incredible selection of skin care products here at HSN. My newest favorites are Lancome’s Genifique (the results for me have been wonderful!) and Serious Skin Care’s new Replicate and Renew.
I would recommend both of these as new items to try with your other favorite skin care products!

I loved those rings (blue, green and yellow). I ordered 2 of them. I mis-placed HSN’s address (ordered to at pay by check) and when I called to get it and confirm the order, they told me there was nothing on record. As you know, all 3 sold out. HSN is great at taking orders, not so great at resolving problems. Will these rings be coming back?

Will you be stocking baby omega used in the Sajen jasper pendant? Want to use it for the amazonite pendant. Great concept and nicely slides through the hole. Most omegas will not do so.

I have two of your Prestige jewelry boxes (that are not offered anymore).
Please bring them back because they hold many items, look beautiful, are practical, stackable and use them every day. Tried to order a third, but not available anymore. The ones now offered are not as practical and do not hold as much.
Any possibility of getting them back in stock or do you have any in the warehouse that I can purchase?

Hello Colleen, I have watched your presentations for a while now. I have a question about how do I get the item number of the pendent (large square shaped) that you were wearing when you presented the 49ct clear quartz ring. I would like to order them both. It was the show when a new designer was following your presentation named Heather Benjamin. When I pulled up the ring and watched the video the pendent looked nice with this ring. Please if you can find the item number send it to me via email
I’m right there with the wishful thinking on the LARGE smokey quartz ring. I too have the 49 ct. clear quartz ring, but was eyeing the smokey too, as well as the pendant that sold out that would’ve matched both.
I am in LOVE with the 51 carat Smokey Topaz but came in far to late to order it before it sold out. I consoled myself with the 49 carat Clear Quartz but can not stop thinking about it! Will you be getting any more in?

Hi Coleen. Love your jewelry shows. You are so informative and make shopping fun. I hope you stay another 15 years plus. Also, I have been hesitant to purchase rings with multiple small stones because I have experienced losing stones. This occurred with one of Adrien’s rings and a silver ring with 3 iolite stones. Can anything be done to keep from losing stones. Adrien’s ring was worn once and the iolite ring a few times. Thank you

colleen-i have to agree with everyone, as hsn. is the best…love being able to set in our living rooms or where-ever and shop..easy returns if need-be.no-trying to find a parking place at the malls, and then come out and try to find where you-parked at and your-car, for 30-minutes or longer..thank-you so much, for all the wonderful people at hsn….i could be a spokes-person for hsn…matter of fact i am, as i brag to everyone that will listen…gotta love-it!!!!
Hi Colleen….I was so excited to see the Sajen ring as a TSV. You had been taunting us by wearing it on air. I looked and looked and couldn’t find it until I turned on the show and there it was! I was so thrilled that I called and asked to speak to you, must of waited 15 minutes but I really wanted you to know just how beautiful I thought the ring was. I ended up getting the matching earrings and pendant also, now they need to come out with a bracelet. I can’t wait to receive my jewelry!
I am formally addicted to HSN! I would love to see HSN to carry another designer jewelry line, Alkemie. Wonderful, wonderful jewelry at reasonable prices. I am sure a real seller for HSN. I own several pieces and they are unique and for all ages. Certainly would be a hot line for HSN. Next, I honestly would love to see Amedeo bring his more expensive rings to HSN such as the elephant, or horse rings this fall too. Would love to see him bring some snake or rose skin rings to HSN this fall.
