Have you ever noticed that the color of your jewelry can affect your mood?
For years color psychologists have studied the effect of colors on our emotions….Even if we’re not aware of the impact – colors affect us every day! Caribbean blue topaz can immediately take me to a favorite beach on Green Turtle Island in the Bahamas. Turquoise takes me back to majestic Santa Fe New Mexico (I start craving chips and guacamole)! Green emeralds evoke the feeling of walking barefoot in soft, fresh cut grass. Golden Citrine reminds me of “sweater weather” and the glorious changing fall leaves in my home state of Minnesota.

Sorry I’ve fallen behind in answering your questions….it’s been a busy summer!
First of all, many of you are asking about our Prestige Anti-tarnish boxes…We hear you!
We are presently working on several new designs (including larger, multi drawer boxes) and we will be introducing new colors as well as continuing to feature the classic favorites. The cuff box will be here on August 30 (our big Designer Jewelry Gallery Day!). The new earring box will also be introduced Aug. 30th. My “box team” does read all of your feedback. We are planning on having a better selection of boxes in stock on HSN.com in the upcoming months. Thanks for all your requests, suggestions and comments – we’re listening!
For all the “Pearl Girls” – Many of you are wondering about my “giant” pearl necklace and matching earrings…These are coming to HSN in November as part of My Favorite Things! They’re very bold, but extremely light and comfortable to wear…stay tuned!
I’ve had several requests for my sequined sweater jacket – I have good news! This sweater jacket is a personal favorite of mine – our fashion buyers have decided to make it a Today’s Special for Fall Fashion Week! I’m very excited to bring you this gorgeous jacket in 4 stunning colors – black, platinum, bronze and rose. Skin Care: Several of you have asked about my favorite skin care products…..As you can imagine, I have many faves as we sell such an incredible selection of skin care products here at HSN. My newest favorites are Lancome’s Genefique (the results for me have been wonderful!) and Serious Skin Care’s new Replicate and Renew.
I would recommend both of these as new items to try with your other favorite skin care products!

I enjoy seeing you host jewelry, you’re a beautiful lady, you seem to enjoy what you’re doing and I love your energy. I’m writing in regards to the jewelry boxes. I read you were coming up with new ideas in the coming months. A few years ago a jewelry boxes shown to hold Jay Kings necklaces. I have many Jay King pieces, could you get that box back? The necklaces hung on both sides of the box on hooks in a upright position. Could you get that back, thank you so much.
Colleen, you are the BEST! Please always show the underside of rings. I wear a smaller size when there is space under the top of the ring. I need to see the underside. Also, please ask Sajen Silver to make rings with solid backs. I am leary about adjustable rings. I love Sajen Silver, so I hope that I can get a solid-backed ring.
Colleen, I love big and bold rings for my ring finger. Please make your rings in size 5.

Hola Colleen, I would love to find out if designer Amy Kahn Russell will have any dragonfly jewelry in the future. Dragonflies are very symbolic of hope and so beautiful.
I could totally envision a wonderful piece of dragonfly jewelry designed by Ms. Amy Kahn Russell being spectacular! Please let me know if there are plans on the future for such a design. I own a lot of Amy’s work and adore her designs. Muchas gracias.:)

I just absolutely adore the prestige jewelry boxes. I own the stackable ring box, and just purchased the dangling earring box. I cannot wait until it gets to my door. The style and quality are exactly as you have described them to be. It helps me keep my jewelry in place and organized. I would love to see a necklace/chain prestige jewelry box (especially to help preserve the jewelry that I have for a long time to come). Please try to put the word in to the design team. Ta-Ta!!
Colleen, love the earring box but just too small for a woman with a huge collection and hope we can down the line make a bigger one length wise that will hold hundreds pairs on the slide outs panels. Also Is the watch or is called bangle box with the five or six take out rolls coming back, I have one full of watches and I need more for bangles and more watches. I know too much jewelry but it is my vice! ThankS Rita These boxes can really make live alot simpler!

Less than 3 years ago I discovered HSN and the buying began………mostly jewelry, and I have several of your boxes full. Recently, my sister let me know that a stone had fallen out of the ring that I got her for Xmas 2008. Then a stone fell out of my gorgeous pink Amy flanked by pink garnet, then one of the beautiful purple jade earrings broke loose from the shepards hook. I contacted HSN, and basically I was told tough luck, the items are too old. since I have a lot of jewelry, don’tuse a lot
colleen-i’m loving this jewelry today-Sajen,silver, especially the shell necklaces..so, very unique, as one of a kind pieces….thank-you.
I have commented several times to the to customer service that I wish that they would also sell items for petite women such as shoe sizes that start at a 4, rings that would start at a size 3and 4, smaller bracelets, and petite size clothes. These sizes are hard to find in retail stores. I feel if you sold the smaller sizes and/or hard to find sizes it would also boost your sales and help petite women. I would also like to see more skin care and make up that is fragrance free.
A few years ago Colleen offered a La Loop like eyeglass necklace. I am continuously getting compliments on my turquoise like necklace and cannot find them any longer on HSN. Colleen can you bring it back? In all or different colors as before as I would like to get more colors and give them as gifts. Please mine looks brand new and has a lot of use behind it. I was watching your show this evening and I love the concept of the gemstone necklaces and the multi-strand silver necklaces, but please, please consider making them longer than 17-18 inches long. Those of us that need lengths of 21-22 inches cannot purchase these excellent jewelry concepts! Thank-you!

I hope in the future you make more boxes for necklaces, I have 2 of your necklace boxes that I bought maybe a year ago and I love them. Colleen, I just love everything about you. You remind me myself. I love beautiful jewelry,clothes,art and adventure. My husband treats me as great as Carlos does to you. I am blessed with a wonderful life. I have a son that graduated college last year in and majored in journalism and is working his way to receiveing hi Master’s. I have a request, I have such big bold rings in gold and Sterling that I can’t seem to fit them in my Prestige ring box roll. They are very wide. Could you design one.

colleen, could we please have more-clip on earrings, as i don’t have pierced ears, and i’m 66….???? also could we please, have more toggle-closures on our bracelets???? as with age some of the lobster closure are to-hard to fasten, and un-fasten…thank-you..your friend in il.
