I had the same experience. I dont know, but maybe these clothes are “seconds”, if you know what i mean. Good luck and no, I wont be ordering anything from them again either.
Hello Mark and James. I absolutely love your style and your humble and personable interaction with customers. I absolutely love the leather cage bags, but could you PLEASE make one in a smaller, satchel size? Everyone is making such large bags, and I need to purchase some smaller bags, when you don’t need such a huge bag! Please redo it one more time in a smaller size. I am sure it will be a HUGE hit! Bought the black dress with the overlay just last week. It was shown with a belt with rhinestone buckle on TV. Dress label states “remove belt before washing” and yet there was no belt included. It’s a great dress, even with manufacturing flaws like one sleeve tighter than the other and sides seams that are not as smooth as they should be. Would love to have the belt. You should make this right. Would love to see you bring this one back in a very dark brown, dark navy or eggplant.
I would LOVE for you to contact me about Marks presentation on Thursday (Sept 23rd) with the “Ma Cherie” Leather tote. I HAD to run my DVR back to see if he really said what I thought he did. YES, he started to say anyone can wear this bag, if you are a bigger woman…then a long pause, and spoke about the petite models. I would of LOVED to of bought this bag, but didnt as I am a plus sized woman. I was VERY offended of his choice of words, and I am shocked no one else has written to you.

Hi Guys, My daughter is getting married next year and we have been looking everywhere for your 2009 “Lauren” wedding gown she is in love with this gown and so am I. Any suggustions as to where to purchase this? Any advise would be appreciated.
I a very disappointed in the today’s special you had with the jacket and the pants that were separate. I kept it because it looked so good on and the pants fit better than any I have ever had. The pants are now shiny in the seat and to be quite honest the fabric looks very cheap. Now I have pants that were $70.00 that I wore 10 ties and have a jacket with no pants. I watch your runway shows and a really disappointed. I a on Social Security and this was a splurge for e. letter before not working
