Dear Friends,
As I write this, I’m in China enjoying spending time with family and friends and taking the opportunity to re-introduce my daughter to her heritage and my homeland. I especially love this time of year in China. It reminds me of when I was just a young girl, playing in the fields with my sisters and cooking in the kitchen with my Mother and Grandmother.
Visiting China always brings me back to my roots. Growing up in an herbal community, having an appreciation for nature was engrained in me from a very young age. It’s a part of who I am today. It’s amazing, really, when you think about what nature has to offer. In China, we’ve spent centuries studying the beneficial qualities of herbs and how they can be used for beauty and so much more. All of this knowledge has been passed down from one generation of herbalists to another, from teacher to student and mother to daughter. I get so much joy from working with my herbalists to develop new formulas for all of you and I cannot wait to share the wonderful beauty secrets I’ve discovered during this trip.

ms east ,i have been meaning to write you. i have tried every kind of skin care always send back ,except yours i cant be without. im 52yrs old and people really do think im 35 ..the chestnut firming if older really firms in front of your eyes im not paid to say this trust me i pay what you do and am glad to pay it .when i see size and price it cant be beat .i wish you would include the bright lights rice more in your kits everything else is but not that.it is to die for.thank you toni collins
I just purchased the discover Wei East All-Star kit. I would like to know when I should use the products? I am unsure if I should use them as day creams or night creams. If you could help I would appreciate it. Also I am wondering which night creams you offer. If seems to me that your products do not come with instructions.

Hi Wei,
I just ordered your white lotus kit and just received it. I am so so disapointed that they are little sizes. I can’t believe I paid that kind of money for such small sizes. I am laid-off and wanted a white lotus kit for the winter to last and was shocked to see the small sizes. If I return the kit, then I will have to pay an additonal shipping & handling – I don’t have that kind of money, and I don’t have the money to buy another kit.
can you make something for the acne and acne scars with clogged pores? I would love it if you supersize it also. I really need your help with this, thank you.
Please make a creamy China Herbal bar soap in an oval or round shape, not square. White or light green, not clear soap like the White Lotus bar soap. Thanks.
I just did one of these and It isn’t here? I came on to order the only face wash I’ve used for a very long time and it’s not here? White Lotus face wash? Did you just stop making it? Do you just stop making something like THAT? What am I supposed to do now? HELP?Anyone know where it went??

its ellen again you have so many different products i dont understand which is right for me like i said i got the chestnut firming cream and love it but the firming doesnt seem to hold.and my skin i have noticed is becoming uneven patchesi heard someone mention somthing for uneven skin and it works what is it i have t zone skin mwybe you could send me some samples of itellen 3303nlakeview dr#2009tampa,flyou are so lovely thank you for bringing them to us
wei,i ordered your antiaging firming kit and could not believe there was so much and still using it,ilove it it seems to firm butdoesntstay lifted.i have pouches begining little by little bigger dont know wht to use if there is anything to help it,my skin is so soft and my neck is looking great i just hav the pouches and someone memtioned the rice milk iwas wondering if i coud get a sample of ,actually ive never gotten any samples from you i dont know wht=y could you send me some im 61
Wei, I am fifty years old. I have combination skin and also have acne. I have not used any kind of products because of my acne. I have very deep laugh lines around my noes. I would like to use your creams but do not know where to start. Do you have anything that would eliminate acne and smooth my laugh lines?
Hello Wei, I am 66 years old and have combination skin, the wrinkles are also showing up. With the use of the China Herbal kit, I see a difference in my skin tone, and the overall apperance of my skin. I would like to know if you have a product or kit that is for older skin that may be more benificial for me. I prefer kits. Thank you for a great product.

Dear Wei, the chinese herballineis excellent. I have very dry skin starting in September. Come February to early March I have normal to oily skn. Chinese Herbl has been the only line I have used that works all yar round for me. Thank you. Karen Davidson

I bought the big Chestnut kit i am 49 with very few wrinkles but am concerned about sagging my question is will i get moisturizing benefits with this kit as well as firming?

Question: I used to order full size Silk care kits and now you are selling them at same price but with smaller amounts. Whay are you doing it? Does it have anything to do with American economy? I also received your Silk cleanser in a smaller size in a Wei East make-up collection. I still have my prducts from two years ago which I am opening up. Love Silk though

I had acne since high school. I found some acne products but they made my skin dry. And the scar are very horrible, and I can’t get rid of them with any products. Please make a China Herbal daytime face lotion with SPF. Also could you put it in a tube like the Golden Root? Or a pump.
Hi Wei, I love your Body Perfection lotion, even though the price is above my budget, I still try to purchase occassionally. Please change the packaging~from pumping bottle to a container without the pump. Also, if you would increase the size or lower the price WITHOUT COMPRISING the QUALITY of the product. Would like to be able to use this product at all time.
