Dear Friends,
As I write this, I’m in China enjoying spending time with family and friends and taking the opportunity to re-introduce my daughter to her heritage and my homeland. I especially love this time of year in China. It reminds me of when I was just a young girl, playing in the fields with my sisters and cooking in the kitchen with my Mother and Grandmother.
Visiting China always brings me back to my roots. Growing up in an herbal community, having an appreciation for nature was engrained in me from a very young age. It’s a part of who I am today. It’s amazing, really, when you think about what nature has to offer. In China, we’ve spent centuries studying the beneficial qualities of herbs and how they can be used for beauty and so much more. All of this knowledge has been passed down from one generation of herbalists to another, from teacher to student and mother to daughter. I get so much joy from working with my herbalists to develop new formulas for all of you and I cannot wait to share the wonderful beauty secrets I’ve discovered during this trip.

In the past I have purchased a face powder, you did not need a foundation with. You could apply it with the sponge damp, or dry. I cannot find it anymore on line. Did you stop making it? I finally found something that I really liked! Can you tell me if you still sell it?
i have been using your chestnut extra firming cream and i like it very much. my question is about the fragrance if anything else is any stronger then chestnut i will not be able to use it. i want to try other things do you think you can talk about fragrance on your shows.

Everyone that I’ve introduced to your products says that they’ve been revolutionary in changing and improving the way their skin looks. I couldn’t agree more. Your fragrances also get so many compliments because of their fresh light scent, and the fact that I can wear them while working in a hospital. I would love to see a trio of your original three, Healthy Balance, Happy Choice and Gracious Living. I use one of them everyday, and I feel fresh and ready for the day after spraying them on.

I am using the chestnut firming products at the moment. I would like to know what can i use to reduce the frown lines AND WRINKLE in between my eyebrows? Please help!
I have and still use your products and have seen improvements on my skin. THANKS
I like the new Rice spot treatment, but it is a bit watery and hard to use. Maybe a little thicker formula and a different type of bottle. Wastes too much if you put it on a cotton swab. Too watery to put on with finger.
Please make a China Herbal BUBBLE bath. Also please offer a China Herbal bath kit with the China Herbal body wash, scrub, body spray and lotion.
Are you going to stop making the line in the pink packaging? Will you replace it with something similar?
Please keep making the Golden Root face cream in the tube with SPF. Also, I prefer tubes in any of your creams because it’s more sanitary. I wish you would make more of your creams in tubes. Thanks.
Hi, for a couple of years Wei East made items which were perfect for teachers gifts, could you do this every year? The teachers loved these items especially the China Hearbal Hand and Body Perfection. Thanks.
Wei: I have used the Eyes Alive and the Golden Root for eyes to reduce puffiness. They seem to make my eyes puffier. Do you have a product for the eyes that won’t do this?

Hi, Wei! I love your White Lotus line, it’s the first I’ve found that really moisturizes and softens my 60-year-old skin all day and night. I also like to use the Chestnut Firming Cream in the daytime. I hope you’ll have a White Lotus TSV kit soon. One problem I’ve found is with the jars. Especially with the Eye Dreams, the little metallic ring around the jar, as well as some of the printing, comes off on my fingers and I get metallic particles on my face when I apply the cream.
I am 58 yrs old with the driest skin in the world. Your Daylight Perfection Cream is my only salvation-THANK YOU! Please bring it back soon!

Wei, the Golden Root Eye Serum should be in a bottle with a dispenser. It’s difficult and inconvenient to get serum out of a jar. So HSN please have her put the serum in a bottle with dispenser. I hope the next time I order this it’s in a bottle.
Wei, I can’t wait for your visit towards the end of September! I hope you do a kit featuring your Rice collection. With summer pretty much over I really would like to start working on evening out the tone and spots on my skin. Do you ever do body washes? I have been using the China Herbal collection for about a month and my face feels fabulous! I love how a little bit of your product goes a long way. I can truly say my 40s are fabulous and with your products I can’t wait to see the future!
