And I say maybe we can’t change the economy in the coming months, but we can bring about change in the way we look and the way we care for our skin, and I can do my share and make everything I sell affordable for you.
In our shows in February and March, we will be bringing you many of our best-selling products at amazing values so you can keep your skin looking and acting its best. The majority of your make up is targets the face, neck and eye area. As an African American woman “we” deal with dry skin–ash on the arms, legs. Do you have anything for that? If not, can you create an INTENSE lotion for this problem. Drugstore products just don’t work and petroleum jelly makes you look greasy. I have faith that YOU can come up with a product to address this problem and make it a regular part of your skincare line. Thank you.
Could Andrienne Arpel please bring back her russian red cross necklace. I loved that necklace. I lost mine and would like to replace.

Long-time happy user. I bought the Hylauronic 1000 kit in December. It also included a free 1-year subscription to Glamour mag. This was offered as an incentive to purchase the product. Four months later I still haven’t received the magazine. HSN has now thrown it back to me to follow up with the mag to get the subscription started. This should be THEIR responsibility to follow through, not mine. What a waste of my time! Have others had the same problem?

Adrienne: Last year in June I ordered your penetrate/plump face/eye patches which I just love! Now I can’t find them any more. Do you still carry them? I think they make all the difference in the way my makeup looks.

I have used the makeup for many years. I have to say I was very very disapointed in the last mascara that I got. I have used it some but it is just awful. It is kind of clear and it is hard to get off. I used to get the kits to get the free mascara and the vitamin stick. I have never ever been disapointed in any of your products but I have read some reviews of others that are similar about this item. I am not going to use it again for sure.
Adrienne, I use your products on a regular basis. Is it true what they say about the 2 mixtures of RezV anti aging and Tripeptinon mixed together give you immediate wrinkle reduction? If so have you looked into these products. Nothing seems to calm down my wrinkles, they stay on my upper lip, no matter what I use. Thanks for all your products.

hi adrienne. my mom ordered some of your skin care, and the wrinkle fillament with the little paddle? anyway, i think we are doing something wrong. when we apply the fillament to her wrinkles to fill them in, it doesnt dry!! its oily looking. what are we doing wrong? i saw the show where you put it on the ladies right there in front of us, and it looks wonderful, but its not working for us. can someone help us? i sooo want it to work!!

Hi, Adrienne. Me again! I just wanted to let you know, even though I said I was going to hold out for the CANDLELIGHT, I have since bought 2 more kits for myself (sale priced and just too good to pass up, as I explained to my husband). I was also able to get the butterfly make-up compact for my best friends birthday, so I am very happy. The candlelight would still be nice, but I am finding that all your products are awesome so I’m still coming out ahead. Thank you so much!
Like Suzanne, I love your Dual Lift! How can I get more? I’ve used it on my face, neck and hands with wonderful results. Do you have another product that’s like this? I started using your skin care line in February. Every product has been super great. I’ve used all sorts and brands of skin care, paid a lot and paid little. Flower In tense dual lift/I have been using your products since the dept store, but this time, wow, just cancelled a surgury, for another tightening up as you hit the jackpot this time. Not only is it the easiest way to use it, no more mixng with a little spatula. This new format with the Argon Oil, is AAMAZING….ADRIENNE, HOW MUCH BETTER CAN YOU GET. I use it at night and during the morning, with no other makeup all the other creams are on hold, as this product takes the place of everything.
I used to love your Mistake Proof Blush. It was the only blush I used and then I remember you coming out with a second color-more browns, tans, etc. for the fall. Could you please bring back Mistake Proof Blush? I’m 60 now and I still have a problem putting on blush but never with your Mistake Proof Blush. One more request, I love your Vanilla Orchid shampoo and body cream, but would like a shower gel too. Thanks.

I have to tell you how much I love your products. I am using the argan oil kit, and the vitamin C kit. I love your vanilla orchid shampoo and conditioner. It works great on my long fine hair, and I am amazed at the shine and bounce it gives my hair. I am hooked on this product too. I absolutely love your products. However; PLEASE bring us older ladies more options on your WONDERFUL LIP COLORS. For instance, how about two or three options instead of just one each time you are visiting HSN or on the web either? I am 52 years young and I adore your lip treatmeants. How about each month a special KIT of maybe 6 or 8 colors in a value kit like your makeup? I am sure I am not the only one that would love that!!!

I have used your products for years. I am 65 and no one-absolutely no one puts my age any later that 55! I purchased your new Flower Garden long-term hold and I am a bit puzzled as to how to use it.
When you expel the product, do they automatically combine? The liquid I get is clear only. I have tried to turn the nozzle towards the yellow component, but it doesn’t move. Do I just push down on the top and it automatically mixes? Please advise timely as I am anxious to try it.
