Hello Carrie I know you are very busy and have a lot going on, I hope you get a chance to read this. I watched HSN for the first time today and I was looking for a wedding band for someone special of course when I saw the 3.5ct Morganite Rose Vermeil Cigar Band Ring I knew that was what I wanted, However it sold out immediately before I could could order it I felt horrible. I know this is your business so I dont expect miracles but if you can help PLEASE DO Thanks it would be perfect.

Love 14K gold and diamond dome ring from your trunk show collection pieces. Its a beautiful ring and made so nicely too. Its going to be one of my all time favorites rings. Can you please make a high end gold and diamonds “wings of love” necklace? If not, can you bring back sterling silver with diamonds version? Id love to have the necklace.

Hi, Carol. What in the heck happened to your blue/champagne diamond art deco ring? I ordered a 9 & returned it to exchange it for an 8. The north-south setting of the champagne diamonds was also off-center on the ring I received. I called customer service the same day I sent the 9 back and they promised to reserve an 8 for me. HSN called today to say they couldn’t fill my order & it has totally disappeared from the website. I am so disappointed! Please tell me you plan to bring this back!

Dear Carol, I have emailed you a few months ago, but I never received a respond. I purchased a Todays Special Value beaded bracelet with a diamond cross. It came in black or red, I ordered the black but they sent me the red one. I should have kept it!! Could you please tell me when and how I will be able to purchase this item again. Thank you

Hi Carol, I can’t wait for your shows this weekend. I’ve already ordered the buddah ring (which I plan to wear with my Graziela buddah necklace) and the lab/spinel earrings. I have those in malachite/tsavorite and LOVE them! You are an amazing woman and an amazing designer.
