Can someone tell me exactly WHAT is going on with Perlier??? Why are they cancelling auto ships?? Are they leaving HSN? WHERE can I get what I need???? I’ve been a customer of White Almond since BEFORE shopping channels were around! By the way, some advance notice would have been nice…not just a post card. I get the feeling we are more like sales figures and not seen as actual people. Can’t say how disappointed I am – not only in the cancellation but the way they did it…I always thought highly of them ~ I was sure wrong.
I’v used Continuously Clear Trio for a while. I havesuffered with acne and have tried alot of different products through the years. When I seen Jennifer talking about this product I thought I would give it a try and WOW, I would highly recommend it. My skin has never been better and I can’t remember when I had an eppisode of acne since I have been uing it. I am so close to running out and was disappointed when I received notice that my auto ship was being cancelled. will it be coming back.

I agree! It is not featured in kits any more and I can only get it full price, single ship. It seems to work much better than some of the newer products! I was so glad to see this mentioned by others! I watch all the shows and it never comes back! Wassup?
I have been using Rulenea FX for quite awhile and been receiving it by auto ship. I was now informed that the production of it will be terminated. Will there be a product that would be equalivent to it both in quality and price?
Since you canceled my Rulenia autoship I am canceling all orders and am done with Serious Skin Care.

Help! Why was my Rulinea and C-No Wrinkle combo autoship canceled? I’ve been using this combination package ever since it started, and just received a notice that HSN is canceling it due to “unexpected production inventory issues.” Is one of these products being discontinued or reformulated? Will there be a replacement autoship program coming soon?
I use Serious Skin Care products exclusively! I love the serious colour kit! I need to order as mine is running out and this is one product I really need! I can’t find the “light-medium” like I have. Only the tan and dark are shown. Can you help?

I love your products, and my skin shows it. I recently tried the A copper cream. It smells great and feels so cool and soothing. I just shared some with a friend whose skin was really dry and chapped. She told me she is hooked, in 3 days her skin was healed and looked great. I had to battle with my selfish side, to share one of my last two jars with her. But when I saw how it helped her, It made me happy. Please bring this one back.Thank you for all the great products. I was so happy!!!I love the big kits, and your prices/product are outstanding, however sometimes in todays economy I have to cut back alittle, but never want to be without. Ive been using 12 yrs. Went on line this am, and see its available in the A line, and Reverse lift line! TY!!!

I’ve been using SSC for a number of years, slowly ditching department store products. I really liked the brightness I got with the C line but I’m wondering if I can expect the same with Super Mel C as well. Also, can I use Super Mel C under the A line? I’ve heard Jennifer say A doesn’t usually like to be used with other products but I think her point is that with the SSC line that is not a problem.
Yes, you can mix and match with all the Serious Skin Care products. I do it all the time. You just start with the less concentrated products first. Like serums first. Your heaviest like a face cream or as I use Super Cremerium for the face last.
I also love the Mel C. Yes, you can also use the Mel C under your A products. Perfect mixture!!

You can use the Super Mel C with the A line, all of our products are designed to work well with one another.
SeriousFriend – Will the Calstrum products return or are they discontinued? I really, really love those 3 items.
I hope jennifer will see that her customers love the Calstrum trio, when I called Las Vegas they said they were reformulating the Calstrum but I have not heard from them in over one month. Please bring back my autoship order because this is a great product. If not I hope they can tell us what will be substituted.

I have been on autoship for the profirm full firming foundation in medium since 11/2010. I have yet to receive on order. It gets cancelled due to oversell. When will my order finally be filled? I know I can find it on ebay, but I prefer not to. It’s the best foundation i’ve come across, hope it’s not bieng discontinued?

I am looking forward to the upcoming shows, but I really hope that there will finally be a kit in the glucosamine line! I am running out of everything and cannot reorder the individual products on my budget and some of them seem to be out of stock both here and on the SSC website anyway. Please consider a kit with the large size cleanser, moisturizer, pumpkin scrub and serum with autoship option! For someone with rosacea and sensitive skin this line is a life saver! Thanks SSC!

Hi and Happy New Year! This is a little off topic, but I want to buy my girlfriend a kit from your line and I am not sure which one. I have been using your c-line for years, but I have also tried many other products and I love all of them. She is concerned with fine lines and wrinkles. I am torn between two of your kits; C-Line with the C-Serum and the C-Resurface Mask or the A-Line with the Detailing Mask. Help!!

You are so kind to want to provide the gift of beauty to your girlfriend! Both the C and the A lines would be good choices! The A line addresses anti-aging concerns and is formulated with retinol and retinol palmitate. The C line addresses fine lines and wrinkles and is formulated with Vitamin C esters. Many of our customers use both.
I am on autoship for SSC Hydrapixel corrective coverage. Since a little goes a long way, and I don’t use it every day, I have already received my second shipment and still have lots of my original product. I’m debating whether or not to cancel autoship – I know I can delay shipment date but what I really want to know is – is there an expiration date and or shelf life?

You pose a great question. The shelf life of our products is 2 years unopened. The suggested auto-ship interval is for the average user, using the products as expected. Auto-ship is a great convenience in our busy lives, just one less thing to think about. As you mentioned, you do have the option to delay. Thank you for enjoying the Hydrapixel.
I love the Olive Oil line of Serious Skin Products;however one of my favorites from the line is no longer being offered. The Olive Oil Hydrating Primer is among the best that I have used. I tried to order it recently and learned that only 3 tubes were left. I was not one of the people that got in on the purchase. Will this product come back. Also, is the Olive Oil Primer a part of a larger set? Would the primer in the A-line be comparable as a substitute? Please advise.
