Hello, I’m pretty new to hsn but have bought so many products trying to see which lines fit my mom, sister and I well. I bought 4 of the Mel c kits since it may not b back again…. I was hoping that on the 7th you present a line as moisturizing as the Mel c line with eye, night. Day, treatment and cocktail that I can countnon. I have come to my last 3 lines SSC, Elysee And Dr. Graf they all have something special. But it’s nice to stick to one line in the mean time I’m stable with the c line.

C-Extreme Results Beauty Treatment The resurface scrub is so hard it’s not easy to get out of the jar,not to mention rub onto my face. I’m not the only one either! There are several feedbacks on this item from others complaining of the same issue!

Jennifer, I love the Firma-Face and at odds with many of the critical reviews. Your instructions are okay, but I found that after splashing off you need to AGAIN sit expression- less to get the retightening. If you want it to work on eyelids, close eyes during both tightening phases- and use only cold splash off water- lukewarm does not allow as much re-tightening.

I got your wonderful set of the chemical peel (3 set) resurface (2 set) cleanser (12 fl oz) moisture cushion intensive treatment, eye and skin serum, Plus, two of your ‘Serious’ products all on one order abouta year ago. I have had to reorder the seperate items all over, but what a treat it would be to get all these goodies in One Package again. I was a non-beliver after too much $$$ spend in high-end stores, but you got me hooked. I am now 10 yrs younger. Thanks you for all you do!
A great suggestion,on your next visit, offer the replicate & renew trio on flex pay, can’t afford it this month, need to get gifts for the kids/grandkids..I have such good memories, the first time I ordered and the 1st beauty book, I went through your products and the vitamin a soap was one of my favorites…it had so many different products. My skin has matured so need the replicate/renew now…but alittle too expensive for me…when is your next visit?
Jennifer: I finally found something that works on my skin – the AM/PM kid #488-906. The sad news is that I can’t get it anymore. PLEASE bring this one back. I am 68 and have used any and everything. This has worked for me.

I’m in desperate need of the Emu Aloe cream, and the Home Spa 6-wk peel. I use all of the products, and have since 1993. These two items and the Glycolic Mask heal my skin… they are the only ones that have ever worked the past 15 years. No dermatologist has ever been able to identify my type of ‘acne’. Can you put together a multi group of the hand creams like you do with the soaps?
I have watched Jennifer many times and am very fond of her sincerity and her integrity…she is a lovely person. I ordered the A-nano kit and was really excited to use the glycolic cleanser as Jennifer says it is her favorite. I have been so disappointed…my skin does not feel clean and the cleanser feels too creamy. The serum, face cream and eye cream, which I use twice a day, have done nothing….I have not seen one change. So disappointed as I was really hoping for success.
First of all, I am not a fan of SSC products. As a matter of fact, I swore off these products due to consistency issues. That said, I was taken in by the Firm-A-Face hype. I am glad I gave it a chance. I love it! I am 40 years old, not wrinkled, just a little droopy with large pores. This stuff makes my skin look great and lasts all day. I use my usual serum and moisurizer and make-up over this with no problems. Even after I wash my face at night, my skin still looks much improved.
I have a 28 yr old daughter and I want her to start useing SSC. I am going to be 50 in March and I am told I look like im in my early 30s. Thanks to SSC I take good care of my skin. My daughter tells me that the expensive stuff dont work and she wont try anything new. HELP, her skin is scarred and she has adult acne and has to cover up with alot of makeup, I dont think she uses any certain cleanser. How do i do it but not hurt her feelings. I want her to have good skin like mine… thanks
Also wanted to mention that my skin care goals are PREVENTION, PREVENTION, PREVENTION!! I want to take care of my skin so that my skin is and remains healthy and young withoug having to go to extreme measures of cosmetic procedures.
I am a potential new client/customer to HSN. I have seen Jennifer Flavin-Stallone many times adveritsing her products and I am finally ready to try her skin care treatments, however, with so much informmation, I don’t know where do start. I am 30 years old and my skin type is fair/medium, I usually get a little red in the summer, then it will turn into a tan. My skin is combination/normal, meaning most of the time my skin is normal with occassional oily to dry in the T-zone.
No new blog from SSC since the FIRMA FACE came out? How come?
I am wondering why the Firma Face is still being sold & bragged about on tv. They brag like its a CUSTOMER PICK that is how you can really tell how a product is. This stuff is terrible & if they SSC was really a comppany with integrity,it would have refunded the return shipping &addressed it on tv. HSN must really make alot of money off of SSC or they would have mentioned it also. I don’t know how SSC or any of the hostesses can actually sell this with a straight face.
Hey Jennifer…, could you pls pls pls pls make a retro kit of the original starting set.ie glycolic cleanser,clearzit,renewal gel,and clairifing spray. I started with all of those and now would like them back. Please make a retro-kit. I also bought the beauty book. I really love the resvaritrol cream as my skin is very dry this winter. It is truly like a drink of water to my skin. I use the serum first and the i may use cremara,or the other cream. The vitiman D is nice. although i’m not sure wh

It always says to apply this thing after the serum and I am wondering what kind of facial serum is this… But I think this is not included in the Beauty Book I bought. Thank you for any help.

I am no expert but I can tell you how I use the Beauty Book products. I do wash my face 3 times a day only because I work evening shift and wash in the morning, apply the seramins(not in the beauty book)then Vitamin D cream on top. Then wash again before going to work and apply the Plant stem cell concentrate,PSC cream (not in the book)& PSC eye then hydrapixel.Bed is plant stem cell concentrate, resveratral, stem cell eye and creamerum. Summertime I substitute the PSC cream for the Mel C.
Beauty Book 911: I need help with as to which products to use first and how often. I think many of these products may be good but it is difficult to tell which ones work best for my skin being that the instructions advises to use each of them 2x a day on clean skin. So, does one layer and layer all of these, alternate days, weeks, etc. I love the value but sometimes too much of a good thing without proper instructions is confusing.
I see so many questions below and no answers. I’ve managed to put together my own regimen of the serum, the creamerum (sp?), Resveratrol and one of the base products. I add the Resveratrol over the serum and cream at night. I wish I knew what is the recommended use of what I have here. To put out a book that contains as many products and each one says use on clean skin is a tacky way to treat a customer.
I recently ordered the Serious Skin Care A-Nano Deluxe Kit. I like the way the A kit makes my skin feel, but I am experiencing a few little bumps under the skin. Is it a allergic reaction or does the A Nano products clog pores. I am 46 years old with just a few fine lines on my forehead with an occasional breakout in the chin area. I have always gotten comments about having nice skin. Are the A Nano products non-comedogenic? Also, whatever happened to the glycolic acid peel towelettes?
I am so pleased with the the Reverse Lift Kit. I wear it under my makeup as well as at night. I have good skin despite being sick a lot throughout my life, but when I turned 50, I knew I had to amp it up. Therefore, I also have the A/Rulinea kit, the Seramins (which I also love), took the plunge with the Deluxe Vitamin C Kit, and reordered the Olive Oil Kit, the only one my husband will share. Thank you for these products. Once I pay these off, I will be back for more!
