I just received the Beauty Book. Help! I need futher instructions on what products to use and in which orders. Most products just say 2 times a day on cleansed skin. What combintion of products? and in what order? surely you don’t use all the products every time. Please advise as to the order in which to use and what combination of products? I just purchased the book and I am a first time user of serious skin. I am also confused on what order the products should be used. Please help me out.
Jennifer, regarding the instructions for FirmA-Face, you need to add to your directions that you should wait expressionless for BOTH the first dry time (until dry) when you apply the product and then wait expressionless for your face to dry AFTER the splash off. It works great when I do this, but I am afraid too many leaving poor reviews are not waiting properly after they splash the product off.
Hi Jen – Please, please, please bring back Emu and Aloe. It is the only cream that works on my skin. I too would also love to see one of the original kits come back (glycolic cleanser, clearzit, etc.)
I too just received The Beauty Book and would like to know in which order to use the products.I wouldnt imagine that you put all of them on at one time. Please let us know.

I just received my first beauty book, and it is also the first time I am using Serious products. I need to know in WHAT ORDER to use each product, as it is not indicated in the booklet or on the bottles themselves (only how often is indicated)I can’t imagine we use all of them at once. This would be very helpful to have this information since I want to get the best results from these very expensive products.
Please, please,please bring back the staples of the line. Glycolic cleanser,clearzit,renewal gel and the mask in a kit. All the other products are great,but if your skin is not clear nothing else matters. I have been a SSC user since the beginning and really miss the essentials. Thank you!

I am so excited about receiving my Beauty Book. I have already purchased the 10th Edition Kit and your Combo Kit the Reverse Lift Products are great. I have the seramins i love it. Looking forward to having radiant skin.
I also purchased the kits 9 and 10 and would like some instruction on how and what order to use in nothing came in the box. Are we to use each tyoe individually or all at once or some of each and mix and match til we find the best combiantion? Nice offer but a little expert advice on how to use would have been better.
I was really disappointed when they changed the bottle on the Replicate and Renew Serum. The pump bottle was more
efficient and dispensed just the right amount with one pump. The new tube gets stuck and then when you squeeze it
too much product comes out. Please consider changing back.
Kathy, definitely send the product back and get a refund or a replacement. They did not catch that the bottle was half empty. Use glycolic cleansers, (SSC has it) they help the rate of skin renewing itself. This is recommended from dermotologists. Then put your serums on, and layer up with your day or night creams. The A line is great, I mix the A line, C line and Calstrum, Reverse Lift.
I’m a first time buyer. I ordered the SSC package #9 Edition. So far everything is working well. Except a small jar of Calstrum eye cream was in the package. When I opened it it was half gone and dried up. This kit had 3 different eye creams in it. It cost 115.00 with S&H. I can’t understand why one of the products was like this. I will send it back. Also can someone recdcomend a good face cleanser for me? I am 52 years old
Several years ago during the holiday, you offered a 2 for 1 special on the Serious Skin Care First Pressed Olive Oil Replenishing Body Oil for $28.50. This product is an excellent all over moisturizer for dry skin during the winter season. Please consider offering a 2 for 1 special again during the Christmas Holiday.
What happened to the continously clear adult auto-ship offer earlier this fall? It was supposed to be doubled sized cleanser, hydrator, medication. I ordered a youth and had fabulous results but my skin was a little dry so I bought the adult on auto-ship. I never got the first adult package w/ the surprise extras…instead i to 3 tiny little products tha were about a 1/4 the size of what I was supposed to get. PLEASE bring back the original offer.

I have tried many of your products but I can’t keep them straight. Could you please make a book that explains all the product you sell. I don’t think that you can get enough information on tv. I have been a SSC user and team member for 10 years now but I am disappointed that I have not received any product samples or discount coupons in the last 3 years or so, what happened??? I use to enjoy those benefits very much and since I don’t receive it anymore there is no longer a benefit to being a ssc team member. Jennifer, please, please, start sending out the samples again so that I can start experiencing your many new products!!!
I am excited about the Beauty Book. I think this year’s Beauty Book looks spectacular. I cant wait to get it. THe Super Creamerium alone is worth the price and all the other products look awesome.THe Hydropixel makes my face feel so soft. I’ve been using SSC for 2 years now and people are saying I dont look 46. I love the skin care products and LOVE LOVE LOVE the Promineral collection.
