I am wondering when/if HSN or the SSC website will re-stock the full line of Sistine perfume and body products. I was very disappointed to see they had all sold out. It is a fabulous scent…please tell me it’s not discontinued (again)? I would like to see the entire line back in full force, but especially the 1.7 oz perfume. It is very long-lasting and I absolutely love it. Thanks for considering this for all Sistine fans.

You might check with SSC customer service for any remaining but Sistine is sold out. (Have you tried Feather?)

I received my Beauty Book about 3 weeks ago. It was missing the small bottle of vocc coconut oil. HSN was very nice but I had to return it all and they would reshipp. I did not want to wait that long. They gave me a small credit. Can you send me what is missing?
If you can that would be great if not I understand.
I had a question I like to buy SSC in bulk when you have sales is there an expiration date on the products? I had a problem with the C scrub (thats expensive)it was very hard I couldn’t get any out and the activation gel did not foam up like it should, I think it was old. I also had to throw away a large bottle of Super Mel C serum because it came in the pump and I couldn’t get a drop out. The only thing I like in the pump is the cleansers, I do not like the cleansers in the tube.

Hi, the general rule is our products are effective for 2 years unopened from the time you get them, or 1 year once opened. I will pass your suggestion about the pumps along, Thank you for posting.
I feel like we’ve been friends for years, been with you from the start. I am a C-girl but as I am approaching 50 (in 2 years), I’ve started branching out. Love Creamerum and everything else you and your company comes up with! Have a great show, I’ll be watching!

I agree with the customer who submitted the Blog on 4/11/2010 about the rancid smell of the Olive Oil products. I submitted a Customer Review about the stale/rancid smell, but after a few days my review disappeared. Glad to see that Glowbrasion is available again, and glad to see the Glycolic 3 Mask on sale. Love these products!

The olive oil does have a strong natural scent, it contains very pure, high grade, first pressed, extra virgin olive oil and olive leaf extract which may be what you are experiencing. It is best to store the products at room temperature, out of direct sunlight exposure. Thank you for enjoying our Glowbrasion and Glycolic masks.
Jennifer, Could you PLEASE take the rancid oil smell out of your Olive Oil products? Alot of other customers have also mentioned the smell, so I know it’s not just me. Thank you.

firm a face is awesome but it would be even better if you could leave it on without getting a white residue. I would not have bags or dark circles under my eyes!

You CAN leave the FirmAFace on with the new application method: mix a small amount (pea sized) into your moisturizer, roughly 3 to 1 ratio, apply and leave it on. You may need to experiment to adjust to the right amount for you, but we have had customers use it this way with great success.
Dear Jennifer for years now I have used you A Coverage foundation. This is the best foundation in the world. My makeup always looks flawless!! Well I should say that my makeup use to always look flawless!! Why in the world would you discontinue something that was a customer pick? PLEASE bring this foundation back!! I am so lost without it!! Nothing covers my hyperpigmentation like this makeup does!!
I love your line of products, esp. the vit. C line among others. the problem I have with your pressed powder that I really want to try over your mineral foundation contains talc as the first ingredient. please consider removing the talc from your press powder. You really try to put such good ingredients into your products please omit the not so good. I have sensitive skin and so pleased that you don’t add that bismuth to your mineral foundation. Also could you leave out the sulfates in cleansers
Can anybody tell me if the Retinol spf 30 protects against both UVA and UVB as I cannot find this info in the write up on the product. Thanks
I HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM. I’M 34, AND HAVE HAD VERY DRY SKIN FOR THE PAST TWO YEARS. I WAS STARTING TO NOTICE THE AGING, SALLOWNESS, ETC.. I’VE BOUGHT A LOT OF SSC SKIN CARE, AND SOME ITEMS FROM TWO OTHER LINES. IN THE PAST TWO WEEKS MY SKIN HAS SUDDENLY BECOME AN ABSOLUTE OIL SLICK. WAY WORSE THAN MY OILY T ZONE I HAD IN MY TEENS. NOW, I FEEL I CAN’T USE ANY OF MY PRODUCTS, AND A LOT OF THEM ARE OIL FREE, THEY JUST MAKE MY SKIN MORE OILY. THE HELPED MY SKIN THE LAST YR. I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!

I wish you would double pack Hydra Pixel, I recieved it in a kit and OMG….I’ve paid $$$ for products that didn’t come close to this product. I’m a makeup junkie and this is so natural and I love the way my foundation goes on after it and on the weekends I don’t wear foundation just a little blush and mascara. Great Product!!!!!

Are you coming out with any new fragrances? I absolutely love the Sistine perfume spray. I loved the body mist but notice no longer available? How about a fragrance gift set like you used to have with the Sistine?
the best foundation makeup in the world is gone. why oh why did you discontinue the A foundation. It is what got me started with HSN and kept me loyal to all your product line. I will have to switch to a new line
I don’t know if item #951364, ssc ser color foundation is what candus,wa is talking about but if it isn’t I would like to. I LOVE! LOVE! this foundation. However, it only lasts about 30 days! At $41.01 out the door price this was very dissappointing. Is there anyway you could offer this item in a larger size for that price? I’d really hate to have to switch foundations lines because of this.

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I think if Jen has a blog she should update it a little more often. I would also like a kit with some of the original products.The vitamin E was great. So was the Aloe Emu product. I think for some of us long time customers that remember the first few great products that a kit could be created that would sell.
Jennifer, I’m an RN and licensed esthetician. I’m an original proactiv users. I’m 58 now. The last 4 years I have needed to add a good moisturizer. I absolutely adore all your products,especially the super mel C & olive oil kit. Big hits for my clients and myself. Please please bring back that great olive oil kit at the great lower price sooner than the 6 months you stated. I even switch to your adult acne kit now, it works great with super mel C & olive oil. Hello Jennifer, Have been watching you guys very close, cuz I’m 65, just had Bariatric Surgery, and for the last 15 years taking care of my mom, I’ve let my skin care go. Now I’m in a place where I need to renew myself..I think I know which products to order. But, would love your input on what a 65 year old needs. I am on auto ship with the Resveratrol, and just ordered the kit with Firm a face in. But, should I be using the stuff with Renital? Am starting all over again. Love to
I have been a Serious Skin fan for some time. I tend to purchase items in the form of a kit (much more affordable) rather than individually. My request is that you put the large glycolic cleanser into a kit. Maybe I’m mistaken, but I haven’t seen it for some time.

Jennifer, please consider making a cleanser/scrub/mask kit in each line without the serums and creams. Which SSC products contain the parabens the other bloggers are referring to? I have so many SSC products.
