First, I want to thank you for all of your humongous support on my last visit to HSN! Yep, we premiered the new sheer evening mesh Ch’Arms, and y’all have spoken–you sold us out again!
It is always delightful, and honestly, a bit surprising, because I basically created Ch’Arms a couple of years ago in my living room just for myself. I was going to a press event for a film, and wanted to wear a new, really cute short-sleeved shirt, but wanted my arms covered that day. I also didn’t want to wear a big, floppy, loose jacket-thingy over it that would cover my cute top and me! And I definitely didn’t want to wear a bulky, high-necked, long-sleeved shirt under it that would look bumpy and ruin the great low sexy neckline of the shirt. At that moment was when Ch’Arms was born! I knew I loved it, and had an inkling the women around the country would too. but got confirmation at my last two visits to HSN when you all answered with a resounding “WE LOVE Ch’Arms too!!” by selling us out of stock each visit!
I am thrilled you loved the original comfy cotton Ch’Arms and the tummy and arm-control support spandex Ch’Arms, but we were all deeelighted that you responded in droves to the new sheer mesh evening Ch’Arms, especially to the 3/4-length sleeved Ch’Arms as well!

I hope now since we are smack in the middle of spring that the 3/4-length sleeves are going to be your go-to Ch’Arms. We designed these specifically for spring and summer, so that you have the choice to turn your short-sleeved and no-sleeved shirts and spring dresses into light 3/4- length sleeved options for beach and pool parties, picnics, and barbeques. I don’t know about you, but I always felt so weird going to pool parties in my summer dresses with big ol’ boleros, thick long shirts and bulky cover-up sweaters in the middle of a gorgeous spring day! Now I throw my 3/4-length natural, mauve or white lightweight comfy cotton under my spring and summer short-sleeved dresses, and I am the belle of the barbeque!

Speaking of friends, my last two visits with HSN were spiced up with call-ins from my good friends (and Ch’Arms fans!) Margaret Cho, Nia Vardalos and Camryn Manhiem! For my next appearance at HSN this Friday April 29th at 7:20 am, 11:40 am, 3:25 pm and 11 pm EST, my awesome long-time friend Ricki Lake is going to call in with a Ch’Arms success story of her own! You won’t want to miss these shows, because we’ll be premiering even more new Ch’Arms; mauve comfy cotton and the new antique, white and black lace Ch’Arms!
I explained to y’all in my last blog how my first visit to HSN was like entering a mysterious foreign world. All of it was new and very different. But I think I am finally getting the hang of how the HSN universe works. I’m starting to feel as welcomed as an old friend. Thanks to the fine, foxy folks on my support team: Steve, Heather, Dana, Bisi, Allison, Brenda, Melody, Darcey and Chanhtha, my sea legs are slowly finding some solid ground!
And, finally, a big “Hey Ho!” to all of you who twittered and message-boarded about spotting me in the audience wearing my black spandex control Ch’Arms while cheering on my friend Kirstie Alley on “Dancing With the Stars”! I just received my first Ch’arms and I LOVE it! I would so order more! I would like it in many colors. It does run short and I am only 5′3′. This is a neat concept I hope you keep making them!

Please, please come back on air soon. I need 3/4 sleeve mesh ch’arms in a light nude soon! Think I ordered too big, but love covering my upper arms and using all my lovely summer clothes without a jacket!
I would love to see Ch’arms with an elbow length sleeve. It is way too hot down here in the South and I could really use the elbow length.

Hi Cathy, I am a nurse with big flabby upper arms and I am buying all the Ch’arms I can. They are great under scrub tops. I used take a warm-up jacket or a sweater to, and was constantly taking it off and putting it own. Now I am buying all the different styles and colors in Ch’arms and it has become a staple in my daily work wardrobe. I need a 2-3x and want the lace version real badly. Unfortunately for me, I missed your show in April. I go online 2x daily to see if any 2x or 3x are available.
