I love the shades of the Apple Quartz (also known as Lemon Quartz and Lime Quartz), which is a beautiful variety of yellow quartz with shades of green that is mined in Brazil. The color of Apple Quartz (lime) is the richest of all quartzes. It is one of the most powerful colors in all my collections, for many reasons. It is known to be the hardness gem, and the prettiest yellow shade we can get in larger roughs.

I am sorry to hear this, but I have very thick layer of vermeil and they don’t come off, unless they are not dealth with good.
But this is something you have to address to HSN, I am not allowed to accept their returns or fix them. when did you purchase this ring exaclty?
