Antthony Sweet Sixteen Anniversary
Hello ladies!
Time sure flies when you are having so much fun! It is time to celebrate Antthony Design Original’s Sweet Sixteen Anniversary on HSN!
Call me nostalgic, but with a special friendship like ours I can’t help but reminisce about how we first met. When I think back on the debut show where Bobbi Ray Carter and I stood in front of those huge, colorful hangers as a backdrop… I remember being so nervous. I was just a kid fresh out of design school, and so eager to dress you from head to toe! From that first day you welcomed me into your households unconditionally. I felt like Cinder “fella “being welcomed into the ball, and all you lovely princesses extended your hand for a fashion dance.
Over the years the collection has gone through many changes, thanks in part to your input. I cherish the many overnight shows where we still stayed up sharing our deepest thoughts on fashion, and I keep every one of your wonderful cards here in my studio in Los Angeles. Thank you for always tuning in!
Here are five of my favorite creations for the April Anniversary Collection. These designs make my heart go pitter-patter, and I know they will zing yours as well!

Antthony Look 1
My creative pencils sketched Caribbean dreams as I envisioned you ladies wearing my Tie Dye Kimono blouse. This blouse has a sway to it which makes it perfect for a night on the town or an easy relaxing afternoon stroll. Paired with my latest button detail, cotton stretch twill Capri, it is easy to wear for day to night dressing in both style and comfort.

Antthony Look 2
The soft petal sleeve blouse with a detailed electric beaded neckline, accentuates the soft bust line, making the cascades flow into a fit and flare finish. Paired with my favorite trumpet skirt silhouette with a swish tail, the look is complete. I especially love this with an espadrille or an easy sling back pump. It comes in yummy colors that will make you think of Montego Bay!

This Antthony button detail two-piece pant set wears and feels like silk, and it is an easy solution to the woman on the go. Think of a cool, refreshing drink with a pretty umbrella in it, and you will catch my vision as I designed this blouse. I love ocean stripes that mix with a wavy plaid. I used a soft, sheer fabric in bright and cheery colors that will make you dream of the perfect vacation. I love it paired with a white pant or a bright color turquoise or fuchsia slack. Have fun mixing and matching this fluid, breezy shirt with your very own Antthony signature pieces.

In my first collection for HSN I did a garden theme, and one of the blouses had butterflies in motion. I wanted to do something fresh, but with the same feeling sixteen years later, so I designed this textile as a hallmark to my first show on HSN. Soft, fluid and easy, this soft silk-like jersey moves and does not confine or constrict. Paired with the Antthony white Capri, this blouse is versatile from day to evening and can be dressed up or down with chunky jewelry or a fun scarf.

Oh Anthony where have you been. I just started purchasing your wonderful clothing line. I am extremely curvy and have two daughters with just as much curves. Your clothes are a Hit. I can’t keep the outfits in my closet. I had one of the pantsuits on the other day and they told me I looked like Foxy Brown. What a compliment to you and me!! Can’t wait for more.

I have purchased 12 of your pants sets and the Cross Over Tunic Pant Set is by far my favorite. I purchased the red and purple and love the fabric and how the pants flow.
I’m humbly requesting you bring this set back in additional colors and without pockets if possible. I must agree with bunny10 as I am also very hippy and pockets on the pants add more bulk around the hip area.

I have almost purchased more of your clothing but us hippy girls dont all want pockets on our pants. No matter how you cut them, pockets always add some bulk especially when inside softer fabric. I’ve requested many times that you please make some outfits with no pockets but no one listens. Please, please make some two piece pants outfits with nice smooth sides and no pockets and I’ll buy more. Love Ya Antthony.
Happy Anniversary ! I purchased a pair of your Jersey Knit Cropped Gaucho Pants in BLACK last year (HSN item number Item No: 408-455) and they are the best pair of pants I own. I am petitie so they are the perfect length for me for suumer wear. I get compliments every time I wear them. The pockets are also great and the reason I ordered them. I came back looking for more and no longer see them offered. Please bring them back and add more like Brown, Grey, and Navy. They are a Cust. fav

Happy Sixteen Years! I hope you’ll be at HSN for, at least, another sixteen! I adore your latest collection, especially the long skirts. Please bring back the Broomstick Skirt and Top. I only purchased one and am now just kicking myself because I absolutely love it and would eagerly buy one in every color if it were still available. Best wishes and please keep the long, light and flowing skirts coming!

I just bought an adorable and unbelievably good quality and fabric Taupe/beige jacket with shell short sleeves with a ruffle Awesome…Love but, NO PANTS OR SKIRTS in petites!
I refuse to hem.
Also, Although I like your goods I must say that whenever you do a jacket or tank there really should be a slit on each side. I am short and a small so it’s OK but it falls waty past where it should on a taller person. therefore, I could use the room.
Antthony, I am new to your fashions but would like to start buying them in a big way…. I am very interested in the Antthony Ruffled Tunic Item: 768-290 , I want it in every color… and hope you make ivory, beige and black to add to it…. Are there any plans to have this top back in the near future…. I will save up for it… and are you going to extend the colors of this top… It is beautiful.
Antthony – I’m relatively new to your line. Congrats on your last show. I bought several pieces. The tie-die pants are wonderful with the matching scarves. I’m trying to get you to do the same pant and scarf again.. maybe offer in your classic profile and one with a little wider leg.. and NOT tie-dye. Tie-dye is fun, but I can see this in a more universal look. I mentioned ombre, using the darkest color on top.. that might be one idea w/a matching scarf.. or even solids would be wonderful.

I work a lot and seem to miss you every time you are on. I love the style and flow of your ruffled light weight duster that sold out so quickly in March. Do you have plans to bring the style back but in a lightweight jersey material so the flow and style will not be comprimised? The colors were incredible too but could you add a nice taupe (not camel or beige but a gray tone taupe) and have plenty of them available on HSN. I wanted to buy 3 – black, grey and pink raspberry.

Please, please, please Antthony, i would like to try your pants/jeans and skirts but please make a version for us petites. I’m sure their outstanding with the great reviews from other customers on how they fit and the design but leaving us out petites to wonder and sigh and wish…

I love to watch you!! I love you the best of any HSN designers because you are one of the few designers that are so confident in your line that you have no problem saying put your pieces with other designer pieces with no hesitation. I have been watching and shopping HSN for over 15 years and rarely have I seen that done. You are fantastic!! Do what you do!!
