Dear Friends,
It all started 7 years ago, because so many of you trusted me and allowed me to come into your homes to share my heritage of traditional Chinese herbal medicine. So this month we celebrate our 7th anniversary on HSN as the largest skin care brand that is inspired by traditional Chinese herbal medicine in the United States. Thank you for allowing me to share my passion with you, and for being a part of the Wei East community.
Like the saying goes, “the eyes are the window of the soul.” My mother always said that your skin is your best health indicator. So now more than ever it is so important to take care of your skin.
To thank you for the last 7 years, I am so happy to put together exceptional and exciting values during our upcoming Anniversary visit. Also, most importantly, each Wei East jar and bottle not only contains Mother Nature’s herbs but has centuries of living wisdom.
I hope each jar and bottle can not only brighten up your skin, but also lighten up your day. Yes, we all need to feel good and look good. We all deserve this simple pleasure. We need to keep goodness in our life no matter what.

Hi there!!! Wouldn’t it be lovely if we could display the Red & Black Block that Wei brings on the airings in our home as well along with her products? It’s the red Chinese Symbols you see on all of the Wei East Product Line. She holds up the block & explains that the symbols represent integrity, quality & that her products will produce exactly what she says they’ll do. I would love to display this block in my home either in the bathroom or even in the living room as a conversation piece. Ei
Your before and after photos speak for themselves, but you have so many products I don’t know where to begin. Do you have a suggestion for me. I’m 57 with age spots and deep set wrinkles around my mouth area. Thank you foryour help.

i have only been using wei east for about 9 montrhs.i love all the eye products and iyusuallky buy the chgestnut line which has helped firm my fac up.also,i saw a girl i see when i go through the drive through,she asked where iwasgoing all dolled up that my face looked pretty.i had the same makeup on iu always use and a tee shirt on.i hadn’t got a compliment like that for awhile,especially since i see her once a week.thanks for your great proiducts and also for lowering your prices.marguerite.
Please make bath and shower kits. They would make nice gifts. Like a China Herbal Body Wash, Body scrub, Hand and body lotion and a body spray.
Please put the following items in one kit. China Herbal Body wash, China Herbal lotion in green pump bottle, Golden Root eye serum, Triple Lotus Retexturizer serum, China Herbal Lip treatment, White Lotus throat cream. Also China Herbal Facial Wash and any kind of cleansing grains. Also China herbal body spray.
Please make China Herbal bar soap for use in the bath.
Please add a Golden Root lip balm, cream or treatment.
Plese add a Golden Root body scrub and body lotion. And a bath/shower gel.
Please add a Golden Root facial cleanser that is similar to the China Herbal cleanser. More of a gel cleaser versus a creamy one. Thanks.
Hi, Wei could you tell me which of your kits would be good for sensitive skin. i.e. non oily because of breakouts. Can’t clog pores. I don’t know the difference between the white lotus,chinese herbal or the chestnut. Thanks
Wei, Do you have the Chestnut body firming cream that you can purchase it alone or does it always come in a kit, If so how about doing a kit that has a double of this product. By the way Happy Anniversary

Hi Wei, I’ve been using your products for 7 years , you have all my girls looking good.
Even my Mom has joined the club. Could you bring back the super size China Herbal Foaming Cleanser 12oz or higher . Use this two to three times a day when you workout in the gym.

Please keep making the Golden Root day cream WITH SPF. I love that stuff. It’s light enough for Summer or to layer with other creams.
I love your herbal and Chestnut skin care, and now am hooked on the foundation and concealer. I agree with the others, please bring back more of the concealer in all the shades, only deep is now available. Also, please consider a two pack of concealer and/or autoship of it. I need medium and fair, depending on the time of year.
Must agree with Penny of NY – Loved those auto-ships and would like to see something like that again. Also would love to be able to have the thoat cream on auto ship.

Great products! I was wondering if you would bring back last year’s quarterly autoships where each shipment were different full-size products. It is a great way to try your many different products. I always looked forward to receiving the packages to see what new product am I going to try next. And it was at a real great price, each package was under $40. Please bring it back.

My only request; I live in the desert and the White Lotus body creme is my favorite for winning the battle against dry skin here. Please, could you run a special on large sizes of the Body Creme!!!
