I have used 5 Essentials cream for years and love it. However, I have recently had 2 skin cancer surgeries on my face including a graft. My Doctor says whatever I put on my face now must contain sunscreen, foundation and moisturizer included. Unfortunately I will have to give up my 5 Essentials due to lack of sunscreen. Please consider sunscreen in more of your products. Thanks
Adrienne, I have been using your products for years… Love all of them. My favorite has been the No-Transfer Make-up. But my face sweats all day long. So, I end up wiping the make-up off. What can you suggest? I really need help.
During the work day, I feel that the powders are not enough coverage.

Hi Adrienne, I have tried many of your products! I love them because they feel so indulgent, give great results and are generous sizes. New fave – caviar! Would love return of fur bag & fragrance stronger than an eau de toilette… Nothing makes me feel girlier than a beautiful scent. I would love a kit w/ bubble bath, body butter, and perfume. Maybe that’s kind of retro but possibly for holiday parties w/one of your fun bracelets to get ready for parties?? Anyway, I love you, you’re FAB!

I love, love, love your products, however, nothing made my skin mor beautiful than the multiceramide drops. you had them two for one and and my skin was like a baby’s bottom every day. When it was all gone within two weeks I could feel difference. I have been waiting for you to bring it back. I use my regular products in the blue jars, but nothing is like those drops every night.Please, please, please bring it back.

Love the meltdowns. Would love to see them offered in tube form again as they are so much easier for traveling! I had a jar fall off the pedestal sink in my hotel and the liner broke at the beginning of a 3 week trip to Scotland. Salvaged what I could, but finally had to buy another cleanser. I’d love to be able to buy both the jars and the tubes!
I also love your meltdowns and would love a tube for traveling.
The shea butter melt down was the best smell ever, could you bring it back? For traveling, now, I use the small size meltdowns that come in the “favorites” 6 combo. Tubes would be much safer for travel as they would not leak out or take up as much space. Thanks for all your products Adrienne.

I had the pleasure of meeting you 21 years ago a past job I was employed with in NYC. I was 20 at the time. First I would like to know if you have any future plans to open a store in NYC for the Signature Club A products? Secondly I am a makeup artist and I would LOVE a HUGE Makeup Kit. I know you come out with these during Xmas. I started using your line back when I was 15 with your Arpel line. Your products are Great. Please consider a store here in NY.
Please help anyone……..I’m looking for a product that will take care of large pors on my face…what will help to reduce them. I also have sun freckels and skin bumps under my eyes. What will help to correct those problems..thanks

Cant you do something about products that sell out and takes months and up to a year to get back in? It is so discouraging to find a product that you like and it actually works and then when you need to reorder it is out of stock. This is not good business.I have never been to a realiable store and had to wait months or years to get a product in. This is a big problem with your products and I think someone high up should read it and get busy. I have had to go elsewhere .SAD SUE

I’m also a loyal customer for several years. The last 2 kits that I received, the Rapid Transport C Infused Crinkle Smooth Daytime Eye Serum lasted about 2-3 weeks & then dried up. All the ones in the past lasted a few months with once a day use. I’m hesitant to order another kit. Are you cutting back on the quality of your product. According to the little container, you haven’t changed the ounces, just the amount you actually put in there. I thought it was me, but I notice another complaint.
I love the aerated breathable C make up. It’s so light and it has great coverage. BUT IT TAKES FOR EVER TO BRING IT IN FAIR SHADE. Adrienne can you please bring it back soon? Thank you.

I have been using your products for about 10 yrs. No one makes such high quality pigmented, refined, multi-functioning, richly moisturizing products as you! Regardless of cost, you are in a league of your own. I want to know when are you going to start including the oversized Mauve, Anchorwoman Blue and Peach concealers in your kits again? I call them “Plastique Surgery in a Jar.” In my mid 40’s nothing makes my eyes look more y o u t h f u l!
I’ve used various SCA products for at least 10 years. Overall, you can’t beat the price, size and quality anywhere. I wish I owned the company!!! I’ve tried all of the high end cosmetic lines that were over priced and under sized. I’ll use this product for a very long time.

I have searched through all hair care and have come to you, Adrienne for what I think are the best products but I have a question.My hair is like combo skin.I have yet to find anyone with hair like mine,hair stylists say same.I have straight oily fine roots,bangs and sides w/back and underneath curls some perfect curls some frizz.I have a hard time blow drying every day due to chronic pain even w/hard to manage or find products.Trying to find a set to treat both types,just let air dry.Any ideas?
I also am wonder about the jet tech make up line. I would like to know if you will have this any time soon. I love this makeup. I wish that you would sell the powder on its own as well as the 8 butters makeup. I don’t always need the bags and other things, just the makeup.
She sells the foundation by itself. Also try the Colidial Gold Powder with it. It looks and feels great.

Hi Adrienne- which product-the 24 K gold wrinkle filling capsules or the retinol wrinkle penetrating capsules(12 hour release), are more effective? I now have both and am not sure which is the better line. The retinol capsules are only to be used every other day.There is no such indication for the 24K capsules.Are they less effective? I have crows feet, and vertical lip lines that I am trying to address,the best way I can. Any help out there? Thanks
Hi Adrien! I have been using your products for 13 years, and I love them all. SCA products do what they claim to do. I have always used the 5 Essentials cream, and have added the 24K capsules and argan oil night caps. I have to say I look pretty good for 39! ;) P.S. PLEASE bring back the argan oil hair serum – I’m running out and it is phenominal!

I haven’t found any of your products to do what they say. I miss the old Arpel line. I did order the 24kt capsules, but based on the majority of comments I may have made a mistake. I’ll find out soon when it arrives. When will HSN stop selling products that don’t do what they say as I am tired of sending things back.

I love your Brush-On Twenty-Four Hour Eyebrow Color in the fair/medium shade. I see you only have the medium/dark one now. I have blonde hair and can’t wear that. Are you going to be offering the lighter shade again soon?
Loved club A for years. 24k is as advertised awesome! Got the $99 kit with gift last visit and the products are great Sorry to report bag smells like gasoline/petroleum. Put it in my closet and now have to air or rewash all clothes. Adrienne,please check it out because your products are always the best. Request-Make a gigantic kit for each line with every product at christmas so I can purchase a complete line for daughters to introduce them like my Mom did for me 15 years ago. Thanks!
