Greetings to our Serious Skin Care customers – and a special Thank You to my entire Serious Team! The new year is well under way, and I am so thrilled with the exciting plans my crew and I have in the works for you and your SKIN!
I want to personally thank the Serious Team members that called in to the January and February shows for these exciting launches – your words and enthusiasm regarding the products – particularly the Night Trio and HydraPixel meant the WORLD to me and my team. It’s so gratifying to see how you have responded to our NEW product introductions in January and February. Helen from Michigan: Thank you for your post. I too LOVE the Emu Aloe Cream – and YES – finally – we will see it back this Summer – I hope to have it on HSN in time for our June visit.
Marlene from Wisconsin: I am so glad you brought up the Targeted Night Trio – the response to this evening regimen was incredible. We will see the Targeted Night Trio back, and YES, available on AutoShip during the April shows.
R in Utah: You asked about a good product that is comparable to our fading cream – a product that will help you brighten the appearance of your skin. Lorraine from Massachusetts had a similar question – what to use to address brown and age spots. I suggest that you both start with a regimen of our C-No Wrinkle line, and add in twice daily use of our SkinCandessence. Let me know when you see the results!
Melissa from Rhode Island: Thank you for your post. You expressed concern over what to use for your acne prone skin. The answer is as clear as your skin will be once you are properly using my 3 piece Continuously Clear line – the only choice you need to make is whether you need a YOUTH kit – for more oily skin – or an ADULT kit for more mature acne prone skin.
Peggy from Kentucky: MOST CERTAINLY – we have many products that can help skin OVER 60. The Serious Night & Day regimen would be an ideal choice – but we have several other regimens that you could benefit from using – I suggest you watch the March shows and learn more about the C-No Wrinkle line and Calstrum line…

hey jennifer.just wanted to know how your products have changed the apperance of my skin. i am turning 50 in oct 09, and everyone tells me i look like i’m 37 or 38. in this day of struggle and trying times, thanks for providing your products at a price and quality that allows everyone to take the time to do something for themeselves without quilt. all your products are 5 stars and deliver everything you say they will. whould like to see a show on how to correctly use all ssc products together.
I’ve been using the Liquid Laser Gentle Hair Remover for the past several years. I noticed that the product wasn’t as effective as it use to be right after the packaging changed. In the past I could use the product on my arms and be hair free for about 3 weeks. Now I can feel stubble the following day. Is it me or has the product changed?
Hydrapixel is wonderful. Keeps my dry Colorado skin hydrated all day. Please consider adding SPF. I have to put suncreen under the hydrapixel so I can go outside in the mile high sun. It would save me an extra step. Thank you for a great product!
I keep looking, i keep waiting for a sale, and i keep hoping to see olive oil shower cream.

I purchased the Replicate & Renew during your March 5 show and have been using it morning and night since I recieved it. My question is am I doing something wrong as I have not noticed any difference in my skin. I am 62 years old and maybe I need to use a exfoliator I’m open to any help you can give me I so want this to work. The only instructions were what was on the box. Should there have been any other directions.I look forward to hearing something from you. Thank you
Jennifer, Please do another Today’s Special on the Pro Minerals Colors of the Season… I signed up for the last one in 2007 and I love the products, but I am locked into the Medium Shade with the auto ship and I really need the Light… I have called and I cannot switch the shades, and I really do not want to lose the great TS Price and all the other products that come in the Kit… Please do another TS Colors of the Season Kit!!!
Jennifer: I’ve been a loyal SSC user for over 10 years and LOVE SSC!!! My one request is that you, please, please, please bring back the CLASSIC Tinted Moisturizer. I’m at the end of the tube and am in a panic. I tried other SSC makeups to find a substitute but they don’t work as well. What can us loyal users do to get the CLASSIC tinted moisturizer back? Keep up the GREAT work – SSC is the BEST!

I’d like to request the CLASSIC tinted moisturizer be brought back. I love SSC Mineral line but the classic tinted moisturizer would be the bomb for fast summer on-the-go coverage.

Jennifer, THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!! For the first time in about 20 years, I have clear skin.
It took me a few weeks to get the right routine of my products down, but once I did, I have not have a huge breakout. And when one starts, it is stopped almost instantly. My skin’s texture is soft and my complexion hasn’t been like this since before I was a teenager. So thank you for your Continuously Clear and A lines. Your mineral make up is also a keeper. So far, everything I have tried, I LOVE.
If you and SSC could make some changes to your packaging that would be great. More environmentally friendly packaging that uses less plastics. Products like the new Replicate & Renew Plant Stem Cell Cream are way over-packaged and use too much plastic, which in turn, harms the environment and makes the product more costly to produce.
I echo the sentiments of many other SSC customers. Please bring back the old time favorites such as the EMU & Aloe Cream, E Cream, Glyco Youth Moisturizer SPF15, the CLASSIC Tinted Moisturizer, etc. I do love many of your new products, like the Replicate and Renew and Hydra Pixel. Thank you for continuing to bring us options and new technology for our skin care. Also, I love the makeup you put out. You do know makeup, and I appreciate that!
I wanted to add my wish for a return, even if temporarily, of some of the tried and true ssc products that made us loyal to the line to begin with. Original A and C, emu and aloe cream, a-copper, tinted moisturizer, reflections fragrance, glucosamine mask, color touch compact. Pretty please?
Just wanted to say that the original products were the ones that made me love ssc, sometimes if something isnt broke dont fix it, or make it a seperate new product but please bring us back the originals of A and C, EMU ALOE, A foundation, the A stick.
Hi Jennifer, many of us would like you to bring back the original A and C, you promised to always keep these available, but they arent now, i know you have to use newer technology, i like to try them out as well, but i have used ssc for many years and after several weeks of the new A nano my skin is horribly dry , and i need the A products but my skin cant handle this one, so i dont know what to do now, have used the other 2 previous formulations with no problems.
I started useing your C kit and really like it. My skin is badly damage as I was raise in Florida and at the beach everyday. My face from the nose down to the chin is badly wrinkled. You Vit. C kit made some diffrence. Knowing that I have damaged skin what product line would you suggest. I will be 60 this summer.
Love all your products. I would really like to see the pro mineral kits with the option of getting the foundation or not. I am on the auto ship for this kit, but now I have have several and I do mean several foundations that I will never be able to use. I would likt to see kits for the eye shadow and blushes. Along with a kit that includes all your brushes.
Now on to the olive oil soap. Do not like the new one. Smell to much like soap. Loved the old ones(the round bars) the best.

Have you changed the medium in the Prominerals foundation? I opened one I had from a previous order and it was a lighter color and seemed shiny. I also just received the Spring Collection and it looks the same but have not used that one yet. They both look lighter then the original one I got when I went on autoship. Has anyone else noticed?

Would it ever be possible to make an instatox in a micro-mist? Just a light layer over the face much like the new total youth recall?
Realized I may have put my request in the wrong place, so once again–PLZ PLZ PLZ bring the Sweet Feet in a duo pack and make it available all year, not just during the summer. This is absolutely the best footcream ever -PLZ don’t take it away!!! Also, I really love the Reflections fragrance. Any chance of ever getting that again?
Hey Jen, I see you are no longer going to make A or C in the make up but reading all the wonderful things that have been said about them and how many people still Love the products maybe we can talk you out of doing so! Also maybe keeping the price point alittle lower,12to 14$ people would really buy once more.I love those makeups, but by the time I buy one and shiping its over 32$ Dont get me wrong you do such a great job at keeping the cost low for us,I just io see these 2 greats go.Thanks
