Greetings to our Serious Skin Care customers – and a special Thank You to my entire Serious Team! The new year is well under way, and I am so thrilled with the exciting plans my crew and I have in the works for you and your SKIN!
I want to personally thank the Serious Team members that called in to the January and February shows for these exciting launches – your words and enthusiasm regarding the products – particularly the Night Trio and HydraPixel meant the WORLD to me and my team. It’s so gratifying to see how you have responded to our NEW product introductions in January and February. Helen from Michigan: Thank you for your post. I too LOVE the Emu Aloe Cream – and YES – finally – we will see it back this Summer – I hope to have it on HSN in time for our June visit.
Marlene from Wisconsin: I am so glad you brought up the Targeted Night Trio – the response to this evening regimen was incredible. We will see the Targeted Night Trio back, and YES, available on AutoShip during the April shows.
R in Utah: You asked about a good product that is comparable to our fading cream – a product that will help you brighten the appearance of your skin. Lorraine from Massachusetts had a similar question – what to use to address brown and age spots. I suggest that you both start with a regimen of our C-No Wrinkle line, and add in twice daily use of our SkinCandessence. Let me know when you see the results!
Melissa from Rhode Island: Thank you for your post. You expressed concern over what to use for your acne prone skin. The answer is as clear as your skin will be once you are properly using my 3 piece Continuously Clear line – the only choice you need to make is whether you need a YOUTH kit – for more oily skin – or an ADULT kit for more mature acne prone skin.
Peggy from Kentucky: MOST CERTAINLY – we have many products that can help skin OVER 60. The Serious Night & Day regimen would be an ideal choice – but we have several other regimens that you could benefit from using – I suggest you watch the March shows and learn more about the C-No Wrinkle line and Calstrum line…

Hi Jennifer, I’ve been using your products for many years and love them. I ordered the kit with the Body Creamerum. The first time I used the cream it smelled soooo good! The second time it smelled something like mint? Have you had any comments like this? Just wondering what happened. Maybe shelf life expired? THANKS!
I do hope someone reads this. Tried SSC and liked some of the products. Got a coupon for 30% off. So because most of the items are under $50, which is great, I could not use it as there are very few to choose from over $50. So I ordered nothing. I could have been another follower of SSC but now am wary due to the limited use of the coupon. Not a very good way to entice new customers.
The Resveratrol pad’s are dried out,you should do the right thing and send everyone some of the resveratrol liquid so we can put it in the jar and then we can call it pre soaked,you will have less returns”thank you
dear Jennifer,I wanted to let you know that on your anniversary I ordered two large box’s of you product and I went and opened the serious super serum and it had already been used.I have alot of health problems and I don’t need to use an item that’s been in someone else home.I went and washed my face immediately,then I had to go out side to cool off.I was gonna send everything back but I desided not to.And also your resveratrol pads are all dried out.I would hope you throw items away that are r.

I’ve just bought the Reverse Life trio…I’m 77 years old…any suggestions for sagging skin. I’ve tried Calstrum but I break out. I suppose at 77 I should be happy to be healthy myself!!!

Around 11:25 last night, as I was laying on the couch recuperating from a brain surgery,
I tuned in to HSN and you happened to be on the air. I was fighting to stay awake waiting on your 14th anniversary special and it’s worth it. I’ve been using the C-Wrinkle Resurface & C Potion for years and love it so much. Ill be 45yrs old next month with 3 kids & I get a lot of compliments on how young looking my skin is but I make it no secret & gladly share my Serious Skin Care regimen.
I started using Serious Skincare about 5 years ago. It was the first thing I’ve ever ordered from HSN. I started using it and couldn’t believe the compliments I started getting on my skin. It was a great New Years kit that included makeup as well as skincare (mostly from vitamin A line, DNA line and one c product). I began using SSC 11 years ago with the glycolic cleanser. This is still my favorite product. My son was four at the time and I used the cleanser to clean his face as well and I was amazed that it worked so well. I had trouble finding a good cleanser for him due to his age. I love other products as well, including the To You With Love perfumed body souffle. I would love it, if this could be sold individually. My husband thanks you for it, he loves the scent on me. Thank you.
The Replicate and Renew product is great. But……..the packaging is terrrible. I have auto ship, but I don’t want to get another jar until it is changed. The reviews on this product show there is a definitely a problem with the current packaging. Will you be addressing this issue in the near future?
I am over 50 with oily skin and use the glycolic cleanser and continouusly clear moisturizer. But I need a sun screen also. The new nano A with suncreeen is too oily and has petroleum in it. Will there be something new coming up, maybe combined with something to replace the copper A which you are discontinuing. Drugstore sunscreens are more afforable but also are too oily for daily use.
Where has the DNA eye cream been? Really miss it. Are the DNA products being discontinued? Hope not.
Please Please jennifer, bring back the products we all fell in love with ssc over, the original A, glycolic daytime moisturizer, DNA, tinted moisturizer classic, all these fabulous products are falling by the wayside, to bring in the new, while i like to try the new i always go back to the original products, some of us cant use the newer version of the A, and just prefer the older products, and please do the fun kits agin with added things like dna, masks on a regular basis.

In March I purchased the new plant cell product on auto ship. I apparently am using it wrong. I like the product fine, and feel like I see a differance in my pores. The problem is I ran out in a month. I won’t be getting another until May. Am I over using?

I am a big fan and USER of Prominerals makeup. It took a bit of practice, but I have learned how to apply the loose powder eyeliner, eye shadows, concealer and blush. Of course, I also use the Promineral foundation. I use the foundation over the Hydrapixel. It gives my 50+ skin a beautiful natural finish. I would like to make an appeal for my favorite lipstick color – plum. I hope that you can consider keeping it in the line as it is a great neutral color. Thank you

I am a new user of serious skin care. I ordered the Glycolic Mask Duo recently and I loved it! However, I need your help in recommending something for my husband. He is in his 50s and wanted something for his fine lines and wrinkles. But as you know, a man does not want to use a bunch of creams and serums like we women do! Can you recommend one cleanser and one cream/serum for his fine lines and wrinkles? Thanks

I need a skin care kit for very oily skin – I’m 64 years old and have no break outs so I really do not know what to use anymore Thank you for your time and considerstion concerning this matter
I would like to know if you still offer the A cleanser that is light blue in color and creamy, not the gel? I was given a small pump bottle of this creamy cleanser by my mother-in-law and it was so gentle on my skin and made it feel so soft. I have the A wash gel with peptides and it’s not the same, it dries out my skin.
REFLECTIONS … please bring this scent back!!! Maybe a purse size spray for on-the-go and one at home.

Jennifer I have used many of your products for yrs and some of them have been staples in my life such as the SS Classic Tinted moisturizer in champange & when you came out with the new packaging the formula was not the same.Didn’t like the new & therefore started getting it directly from your factory.They are out of it now &said you would no longer have it was discontinuing the new one also.I have been searching all over the internet looking for the Classic.Bring it back.
Dear Jennifer…Please put together a Daily Essentials kit featuring your AHA items. You had one before and it was great. Some of us cannot use the new products. A kit with Glycolic Gel, AHA Youth Serum, Mask, Cleanser, AHACare Moisturizer. If it’s over $50, please consider flex-pay on it. I know I can’t be alone here…. Please consider this!
